Katelin Holloway joined Initialized Capital in 2020 after serving as Reddit's vice president of people and culture. She is passionate
about building scalable, inclusive institutional cultures after first being introduced to the concept of intentional cultural development at Pixar Animation Studios.
While working there, she studied alongside storytellers who would ultimately change the course of her career. From film to tech, the one common denominator Holloway has found is that making people and employees feel a sense of belonging can unlock company cultures that can create beautiful, innovative products.
