Jack Altman is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer at Lattice. He is the author of the Wall Street Journal bestseller People Strategy, a contributing writer for Forbes Tech Council as well as multiple HR publications, and a frequent HR industry event speaker.

Prior to launching Lattice, Jack was the VP of Business and Corporate Development at Teespring, an e-commerce platform, and was also an early-stage venture capital investor. Jack earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Princeton.

Fun fact

Jack considers himself a ‘reasonably competitive’ Super Smash Bros N64 player.

Cara has deep experience scaling HR operations, recruiting, and learning & development at fast-moving, global companies. Prior to joining Lattice as Chief People Officer, she was SVP of People at both Udemy (UDMY) and Planet Labs (PL) and previously served in HR leadership roles at Pinterest (PIN), Efficient Frontier - now Adobe, Young and Rubicam, and Knight Ridder, among others. Cara is also co-founder of PeopleTech Partners, a group of HR leaders working to bring new HR/recruiting technologies to market. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Kentucky, holds a master's degree from the University of San Francisco, completed graduate studies at Stanford University and is finishing her Master's degree in Leadership and Ethics at the University of Chicago.

Fun fact

Cara once started a dog walking business as a side project so she wouldn't have to walk her own dog-- it ended up growing to 50 dogs and 5 walkers and she donated the proceeds to Muttville Dog Rescue.

Gabe Cortes is the Chief Financial Officer at Lattice, where he oversees all aspects of finance operations, IT, and business systems. Mr. Cortes joined Lattice in August 2023 and brings more than 25 years of finance and operations experience leading companies at scale. Prior to joining Lattice, Mr. Cortes was the Chief Financial Officer at Included Health, a leading digital healthcare company, where he led the company through two financing rounds and strategic M&A, including the acquisition of Doctor on Demand. Before that, he served as SVP, Global Field Operations at Workday, where he helped scale the company to over $1.5B in annual revenue. Mr. Cortes lives in San Francisco, with his wife and three kids and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Southern California.

Gabe is obsessed with football (college, NFL, fantasy). Favorite teams are USC and 49ers!

LB has spent the last half 13 years leading GTM teams at Linkedin, Intercom and Front. She is passionate about bringing products to market and helping GTM work collaboratively to deliver the best customer experience at all times. LB studied English and Political Science at Colgate University and lives in San Francisco along with her husband and two children. Outside of work you can find her running, exploring local parks and kid hang outs, drinking great wine with friends, or traveling.

Fun fact

LB is a fan of electronic music and catches as many shows and festivals as is possible with two young children.

Eric has spent the last 15 years in the tech industry, most recently as the head of product and general manager at Gusto. He is passionate about building products people love and came to Lattice because he believes in the company’s mission to make work meaningful. Eric studied engineering at Duke University and lives in Burlingame, CA with his wife and young son. Outside of work, you can find him hiking, cooking, or chasing after his kiddo to make sure he doesn’t get into too much trouble!

Gillian Heltai is Chief Customer Officer at Lattice where she leads the Customer Experience and People Advisory Services teams. Prior to joining Lattice, Gillian held a variety of customer leadership roles, most recently as Senior Vice President at Talkdesk, and spent much of her career in survey and behavioral research analytics. Gillian holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Psychology from University of Virginia and an MBA from Stanford.

Stephen is Chief Technology Officer at Lattice, where he oversees the company’s technical product development teams. Stephen has worked in technology for over 10 years, starting out at Apple before spending 8 years building and scaling technical teams at Dropbox. Stephen lives in San Francisco, where he enjoys long walks and runs as a form of meditation. In the winter, you can find him snowboarding in the mountains around the West Coast.

Elizabeth Walton Egan has deep experience scaling high growth SaaS companies. Prior to joining Lattice as Chief Marketing Officer, Liz was the Chief Marketing Officer at Sprig, and spent 10 years at Yext scaling it from a $10M ARR startup to a $400M ARR global publicly-traded company, most recently as the SVP, Growth. Liz holds B.A. in classics and economics from Northwestern University and lives in New York City with her husband and two young children.

Liz's grandfather was a professional inventor who developed the first cardboard six-pack container and the mechanism that makes a washing machine spin.
