Do you provide customer support? 

 All Lattice plans include in-app chat support. We also provide customers with access to our online help center, how-to documents, a weekly webinar, videos, and performance management best practices.

Accounts with Premium Support have dedicated account management, phone and email support, implementation consultations, and training sessions. Premium support is provided for all accounts above $10,000.

Do you have a minimum contract?

The minimum annual contract is $2,000.
