- Applying Calibration Custom Permissions to Reviews Reporting: Users with targeted permissions, including View and edit calibration or Administer calibration, will now have access to calibration analytics within Review Cycle Results.
- Recommender View UX Improvements: We are introducing a cleaner visual hierarchy, improved support for $ and % toggles, fixes to auto-save functionality, and optimized performance for large organizations.
- Compensation Cycle Shareout Templates: Admins can now create multiple shareout templates for delivering compensation cycle results, allowing for tailored messaging based on different employee groups.

- Promotion Nomination Packets as PDFs: Admins, managers, and Managers of Managers (MoM) can now download promotion nomination packets as PDFs.
- Lattice AI Feedback Summaries for Reviews: Employees can access AI-powered summaries based on 3, 6, or 12 months of prior feedback when completing self, upward, or peer reviews
- Automated Reviews Enhancements: Automated performance reviews now feature custom reminders and an improved dashboard experience. Admins can schedule up to two additional reminders during the automated review setup process, ensuring timely submissions for ongoing reviews like 90-day or anniversary cycles.
- New Languages: Lattice is now available in Danish, Dutch, Italian, Polish, Swedish, and both European and Brazilian Portuguese.
- Lattice Calendar Enhancements: We’ve added new event subcategories, an improved admin navgation, and pre-determined event colors for categories and subcategories.
- New Analytics Permissions: We’ve added global and targeted permissions for Explorer Measures, Product-based permissions, and Custom Reports (HRIS-only).
- Reviews Reporting for Managers and Manager of Managers: Our upgraded reporting for reviews is now available to a wider audience, including managers, Manager of Managers (MoMs), and users with global or targeted review permissions.
- Context Panel for Promotions: We’ve added a side context panel to the promotion nomination workflow, providing managers with easy access to past reviews, feedback, and other relevant data.
- Logo Customization: Customize the Lattice logo and wordmark on the left-hand sidebar with .svg and .png file types.
- Lattice Calendar: Simplify scheduling by bringing all your organization’s HR and company events into one central hub, all within Lattice.
- Identifiable Surveys: Gain respondent-level feedback to swiftly address concerns, mitigate risks, and monitor changes in individual engagement over time.
- Manager of Managers Shared Views in Surveys: Based on customer feedback, we have reintroduced Manager of Managers (MoM) view as a default sharing option across Engagement, Onboarding, and Exit surveys.
- Promotions: Manage promotions, calibrations, and reviews in one unified workflow. Admins can enable promotions in a performance review cycle, allowing managers to nominate employees through a designated promotion template. Key stakeholders like Managers of Managers can access nominations throughout the process, and approvals can be made by Admins and custom roles with targeted permissions.
- Sort by Default and Custom Fields in Calibration Table View: Sort the calibration table view by any employee fields that have been added to the table — default or custom.
- European Data Residency: New customers can now choose to host their data in Europe, specifically in Germany, providing an option to meet company or country-specific data requirements.
- Exclusions in Group Settings: Admins can now exclude specific users from groups, even if they meet the group’s criteria.
- Default Roles and Field-Level Permissions Enhancements: We’ve made a series of improvements to default roles and field-level permissions, enhancing both clarity and security.
- New Box Chart in Review Reporting: We've updated the Org Chart Reporting with a new box chart view, replacing the legacy 9-box design. This simplified, scalable design highlights key information, making it easier to see how many employees fit in each box.
- Compensation Statements Customization & Tracking: We've made significant improvements to the Compensation Share Out tool, including the ability to add your company logo, use a rich text editor, control section visibility, and customized labeling. This update also introduces tracking, allowing admins to monitor employee engagement with shared compensation statements.
- Search for Comparisons & Benchmarks: Following our release of Mercer Engagement Benchmarks, we’ve added search functionality to the drop-down menu, making it easier for users to find relevant benchmarks, imported surveys, or past survey data.
- Submit Reviews on Behalf of Others: This new feature enables admins to submit reviews on behalf of users, ensuring all feedback is captured, even when reviewers are unavailable.
- Admin & Employee Profile Enhancements: Admin profiles now feature the most-used fields at the top for quick access, collapsible sections for a cleaner layout, and added borders for better organization.
- Current Group Membership, System Access, and Employment Status Filters: Filter data by current group membership, system access, and employment status, ensuring you only see the most relevant data for current employees.
- Direct CSV Downloads: Download a simplified version of the table data under your data charts for a more streamlined view.
- Collapsible Sidebar: We’ve added a collapsible sidebar to give you more space for your data charts.
- Compa Ratio and Review Ratings in Analytics Explorer: Chart and break down average compa ratios and review ratings in the Analytics Explorer, Reviews, and Comp Results, allowing for a deeper analysis of compensation equity and performance metrics.
- Reporting Page Table Fixes: We’ve mproved the detailed data tables under visualizations within the Analytics Explorer, Comp Cycle Reporting, and Reviews reporting. Additionally, we moved alternate views to tabs for easier access and added features like quick export, review launch dates, and links to actual reviews.
- Flexible Compensation Budgets: We've introduced flexible budget functionalities to allow compensation admins to distribute budgets and provide detailed guidelines with greater adaptability.
- Improved Action Planning Control and Privacy: We’ve added the ability to delete and make action plans private. These features also allow plan owners to refine strategies in private before making them public and to clean up any plans created in error.
- Mobile Support for Engagement Surveys: Engagement Surveys are now available on the Lattice mobile app, ensuring that deskless workers can easily participate in surveys.
- Lattice AI Writing Assist in Updates: Writing Assist can now be used with the Updates module, making it easier and faster for all Lattice users to refine their weekly updates.
- Spanish Language Support: Lattice is now fully available in both European Spanish and Latin American Spanish, broadening accessibility for our Spanish-speaking customers worldwide.
- Org Chart Reviews Results: We introduced a new results experience for org chart reviews. This new reporting now includes all rating questions, goals, competencies, and weighted scores. With enhanced performance and the ability to use all fields for comparisons, breakdowns, and filters, this feature provides admins with deeper insights for a more comprehensive reporting experience.
- Flexible Approval Chains: Admins can now modify the approval chain during setup and within active cycles, offering greater adaptability for changes like manager absences or organizational shifts.
- Cycle Spend Reporting: New analytics features provide real-time tracking and detailed insights into compensation spending and budget management, helping you stay on top of budget allocations and ensure fair distribution.
- Quick Filters for Compensation Benchmarking: We’ve upgraded the compensation benchmarking to a quick filters pattern, replacing the clunky drop-downs with easy access to commonly used filters without needing to click into the full filter menu.
- Add and Remove Engagement Survey Participants: Admins can now add or remove participants even after a survey is launched. Enjoy greater flexibility for including late respondents or removing those no longer with the organization or on leave.
- Group by Review Cycles in Engagement Results: Now you can group engagement results by review cycles in the heatmap view within Engagement V2. This functionality helps you cross-reference review cycles with engagement data.
- 80+ New Engagement Benchmarks: We’re integrating 28 new industry, region, and aggregate engagement benchmarks from Mercer, with over 60 additional country benchmarks available upon request. These benchmarks provide valuable comparative data, helping organizations set realistic goals and identify best practices for enhancing employee engagement.
- Simplified Action Planning: Say goodbye to focus areas — instead, create your action plans from shared views. Now, multiple users can develop and manage action plans based on shared insights, ensuring engagement survey findings lead to actionable improvements.
- AI-powered Engagement Insights: Admins can now include AI-powered engagement insights (including key driver analysis and comment summarization) when sharing saved views with their managers and department heads.
- AI-powered Performance Summaries: Now available for managers when they complete downward reviews. Managers will be able to see same-cycle review data — including self, peer, and upward reviews — allowing for a more effective reviews-writing process.
- AI-Writing Assist: This AI-powered feature helps all employees craft higher-quality feedback by making language more concise, inclusive, and actionable — enabling more constructive conversations.
- Cross Cycle Reports: Admins can now easily export review data across multiple cycles, removing the need for manual aggregation.
- Facilitator Role for Performance Reviews Calibration: A facilitator role to help bridge the permissions gap between admins and calibration group participants
- Redesigned Calibrations Experience: A new experience for calibrations, including a redesigned UI that that makes the most of your screen space, shortcuts for accepting, changing, submitting, or reverting employee performance ratings, and easier ways to show or hide columns and perform bulk actions, like adding tags.
- Talent Reviews Phases: Lattice Talent Reviews now features distinct phases (Pre-launch, Launch, Start Calibration, and Close Cycle) and improved bulk uploads for calibrated ratings, making it faster for companies to identify their workforce’s performance and potential at any time.
- Enhanced Sidebar Navigation: Introduced better full-screen experiences in end-user Performance Reviews and admin Goal Cycles.
- Customizable Employee Directory Views: Admins can now hide specific columns to enjoy greater flexibility and control over the displayed information.
- New Search Bar: Efficiently search for fields in menus with ten or more options. This feature highlights matching terms and field categories, making the process of locating specific data more smooth.
- Budget visualizations: Added new budget visualizations to help cycle admins and approvers can monitor their spend and progress during the cycle.
- Table improvements: Admins and approvers can now sort, group, and organize their compensation data within the table view. We’ve also added additional table fields like variable pay and guidance to ensure you can always see what they need.
- In-cycle promotions updates: You can now include a New Job Title in addition to the optional job architecture fields and hide the promotion field if a promotion did not occur in the recommender card. We’ve also added a banner to the promotions set-up page that explains the process of running promotions during a compensation cycle.
- Basic and Strong Anonymity Protection: Admins can now choose between “Basic” or “Strong” anonymity settings for engagement surveys on recently closed or launched surveys. Basic protection protects anonymity by hiding responses from groups that are below the anonymity threshold. Strong protection fully protects groups smaller than the minimum participant threshold against indirect identification. To see if this update is available for your survey, go into the settings section.
- CSV exports can now include all custom attributes: When a user downloads any CSV within a review cycle and selects “Include all fields,” exports will now include all custom attributes that the user has access to.
- Progress tracking and reminders in Talent Reviews: Admins can now see the number of talent reviews submitted vs. outstanding during an active Talent Review. Admins can also send reminders to reviewers who have not yet completed their talent reviews.
- Changed "Employees" to "Directory" in the admin left navigation: We’ve updated our terminology to reflect the diverse nature of modern teams, accommodating contract and contingent workers alongside traditional employees.
- Improvements to group creation: Before, Lattice users could create a dynamic group based on manager, department, job function, user type, or custom multi-select/multi-choice field. Admins can now create groups using any field!.
- Filter bar enhancements: We’ve updated the way our filter bars look and feel to unify the experience and drive consistency while also helping to reduce clicks for more efficient filtering.
