February may be the shortest month of the year, but that didn’t stop us from rolling out big updates to make the Lattice platform more intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly. From AI-recommended growth areas to sharable survey links for easier distribution, these releases are all about saving time, streamlining processes, and empowering employees to do their best work. ‍Enhancing Efficiency and Growth with New Lattice AI Tools

‍Smarter Calibrations with AI Review Summaries in Calibrations 

We’re making talent discussions more efficient with AI-generated summaries for review packets. These summaries, now available via active calibration sessions, provide a concise overview of the employee review, helping calibration participants, facilitators, and admins quickly grasp key insights without manually having to review every detail. Summaries can be viewed by review direction — overall, downward, upward, peer, and self — ensuring that discussions stay focused and objective, while saving managers and HR leaders time.

‍Personalized Development with AI-Recommended Growth Areas

Employees with access to Lattice Grow can now receive Lattice AI-recommended growth areas in their Individual Development Plans (IDPs) based on recent feedback and data from performance reviews. These AI suggestions take the guesswork out of professional development, allowing employees to refine their skills with tailored recommendations. 

• Lattice AI analyzes the last six months of feedback and the most recent performance review to generate growth area suggestions.
• Employees can review, edit, and customize their recommendations before saving them to their IDP.
• AI-recommended growth areas are only visible to the employee until they save it to their IDP.

‍Increasing Engagement with Shareable Survey Links

Engagement admins can now generate a universal survey link, making it easier than ever to encourage participation. Employees can access surveys through a single URL, whether shared via email, Slack, or a QR code. This update is especially useful for teams with deskless employees, allowing them to take surveys directly from their phones without needing a participant-specific link. 

Making Employee Search and Growth Planning Easier

• New Employee Directory Filters: Finding employees in the Directory is now even easier with the addition of "System Access" and "Job Architecture" as filter options. These new filters help HR teams quickly identify who has been invited or created within Lattice, eliminating the need for manual reporting and making it simpler to manage system access at a glance.
• Lattice Grow UI Updates: We’ve refined the ‘Create Growth Area’ experience by removing unnecessary UI elements and making it more intuitive. This update ensures a smoother process that helps employees stay focused on setting meaningful development goals.
