Spring is in full swing, and so are our latest product updates!
This April, we’re rolling out releases that make your employee engagement efforts more actionable and strategic. From refreshed Lattice Engagement benchmarks tailored to today’s workforce to new skip logic functionality for more flexible surveys, these enhancements are designed to help you collect better insights so you can make smarter decisions.
Let’s take a closer look at what’s new!
Compare Engagement Results Confidently with Updated Benchmarks
Engagement customers now have access to the latest Lattice Benchmarks, updated with 2024 data. Several previously “emerging” benchmark categories have been promoted, including Financial Services, Retail & Trade, and Healthcare & Pharma, which now have sufficient data. A new employee count segment (750+ employees) has also been introduced to provide a more accurate view for larger organizations. By accessing the latest Engagement benchmarks, admins will know how their company compares to other Lattice customers using real survey data from our recommended Lattice Question Bank.
Create Smarter Surveys with Skip Logic Rules
Admins can now add skip logic rules (also known as conditional branching) in Engagement, Onboarding, and Exit Surveys, giving them more control over how questions are delivered based on individual responses. This allows for more targeted follow-up questions — for example, asking respondents to elaborate on specific pain points if they indicate dissatisfaction with management. By adapting surveys to each employee’s experience, skip logic helps boost response relevance and survey completion while generating richer, more actionable feedback for HR leaders.
Support Global Teams with Chinese Language Support
In March, we added Japanese to our list of supported languages, and this month we are back with another widely spoken Asian language. Lattice is now available in both Traditional and Simplified Chinese, expanding accessibility for teams across Greater China and other Chinese-speaking regions. With this release, organizations can deliver a more inclusive experience and ensure employee can use Lattice in their preferred language.
The Lattice platform is now available in over 15 languages.
