Integrate promotion nominations directly into calibration and 9-box views. Filter, review, and take action on nominations in context, with improved access controls and streamlined group settings for a more efficient decision-making workflow.

We’ve introduced Custom Sensitive Fields, enabling customers to designate highly sensitive fields (like non-US national IDs), ensuring they receive the same protections as SSNs, including masking and restricted access.

Administrators can now configure time off policies without requiring manager approval for submitted time off. Going forward, administrators can disable this requirement in Advanced Settings when configuring their time off policies.

Payroll now offers a templated 401(k) report to simplify Payroll Admins’ post-payroll process. This report includes all the necessary contribution data needed to submit to their 401k provider after each payroll run.

To help you save time and make the experience more intuitive, admins can now duplicate tasks and emails, including the dynamic variables selected.

We’ve introduced support for non-annual Bonus Plans, allowing customers to create bonus programs with flexible frequencies beyond the 12-month cadence.

Admins can now assign a new hire’s Onboarding Buddy before their first day. Clicking on the new hire’s name on any associated tasks will not direct the user to the employee profile details page for more information.

Spot turnover risk and what’s driving it. Employee Health surfaces signals from Lattice HRIS & Performance to help Admins identify manager instability, stalled growth, decreasing sentiment, and more.

Admins can now add and archive Leave Type fields.

We’re renaming Reviews to Performance in the sidebar navigation to reflect the expanded scope, now including Reviews, Talent Reviews, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).

Manage PIPs from end to end with a fully structured, in-app experience. Create templates, track progress, and collaborate seamlessly across roles.

You can now create Multiple Signature Documents in Lattice. Admins will be able to collect up to five signatures on a single doc!

Remove friction by defaulting blank recommendation fields to 0, eliminating the need for users to manually input zeros.

When a user submits without individually approving each recommendation, auto-approve them to reduce clicks and move the cycle forward.

Let admins submit compensation decisions on behalf of unresponsive employees to keep the cycle moving.

Prevent conflicting changes by allowing only one person to edit a recommendation at a time. Others in the approval chain can view but not modify until it's their turn.
