The most powerful system in the world is the system of people. Whether harnessing fire, taking flight, or creating the internet, our greatest achievements have come from our ability to communicate and work together toward something bigger than ourselves.
We have evolved the ways we communicate from the smoke signals and cave drawings of our early ancestors to the digital ways of modern society. Technology could have made communication easier, yet in the workplace, it’s made it harder.
Endless emails, instant messages, irrelevant meetings, and outdated systems have us drowning in information. We can’t answer simple questions like “what should I focus on today?”.
The employee conversation is broken. Everything is being said, yet nothing is heard. The result: miscommunication, misalignment, and meaningless work.
Why? Simple. We are human, not robots.
The technology we built to help us communicate is designed around how systems of information work, not how people work. Information follows four simple commands: create, read, update, and delete. It takes no expert to tell you that humans don’t run on four simple commands.
For us, “reading” something isn’t the same as hearing it. Or listening to it. And it’s definitely not the same as understanding it. We’re more complicated than that. What matters isn’t just that we read something. It’s where we read it, when we read it, and what frame of mind we’re in when we do. And even then, there’s no guarantee we will remember it. :)

Lattice AI Agent has been helping customers Bark, Red Door Interactive, and Waterford.org with contextual answers and coaching since its GA in May this year. Today we are adding meeting agents, personalized coaching, simulated conversations, and proactive insights as premium features in the new Lattice AI Agent Plus edition.
Meeting agents join 1:1s to take notes, capture context, and offer real-time personalized coaching so every conversation leads to growth.
