June 2025 Product Updates: Edit eNPS Q's, More Languages, Agent Enhancements, HRIS Reporting, and More

Summer’s finally here, and so are our June ‘25 product releases! This month, we are continuing to make Lattice more flexible and intuitive with updates designed to help People teams work smarter and more efficiently.
From powerful updates in Engagement and Reviews to HRIS Reporting — let’s take a look at what’s new!
Manage Review Reopens with Less Manual Work
Admins now have more ways to manage review reopen requests with less manual effort. When setting up a review cycle, admins can choose to enable automatic reopens, allowing reviewers to reopen their own submissions during the writing phase without needing admin intervention.
After the writing period, reopen requests shift back to a manual approval workflow, with notifications to help admins respond quickly. New search and filter tools, along with audit logging, make it easier to track and manage requests at scale, all while maintaining oversight throughout the cycle.

Presentation-Ready Engagement Survey Decks
We heard you: turning engagement data into board- or exec-ready presentations was a time sink. So we fixed it. Say goodbye to the copy-paste chaos and screenshot madness.
Now, with a click, you can export your engagement survey results to fully editable .ppt decks. No manual formatting, no delays, and no building slides from scratch.
The polished decks can be tailored by department, demographics, or any of your custom fields to tell the story that matters most to your team. And the data in the deck mirrors what you see in-platform, making it easier to align with stakeholders and avoid back-and-forth on what the numbers actually mean.
So next time you get pinged 30 minutes before an executive meeting (we’ve all been there), you’ll be ready to wow the crowd.

Customize eNPS for Your Organization
You can now edit the eNPS question directly within Engagement, Onboarding, and Exit surveys, while still retaining benchmarks and score comparisons over time. This gives teams more flexibility in how they phrase eNPS without sacrificing historical data or insights. Updates made in the question bank will reflect across all surveys, including Pulse, so you can maintain consistency across your programs.

Making Lattice Engagement Even Better
This month’s Engagement updates add more flexibility and visibility across survey analysis, commenting, and action planning..
- Delta Score Comparison in Heatmap: The Heatmap now includes delta score comparisons, with red and green indicators to help highlight changes across survey cycles.
- Department Tags in Comments: Department tags now appear in comments, in alignment with your organization’s anonymity settings.
- Anonymity Indicator: A visible anonymity threshold indicator allows admins to confirm which responses meet sharing criteria before distributing results.
- Count of Questions, Comments, and Themes: Numeric counts are now shown in each section, providing better visibility into content volume across your survey.
- Score Label Simplification: The label “Agree/Disagree Score” has been updated to “Score” for greater clarity and ease of interpretation.
- Bar Chart Theme Scores: Bar charts now display the number of respondents meeting score thresholds, rather than the number of questions, for improved consistency.
- Manager of Manager (MoM) Grouping in Heatmap: A new grouping option allows Heatmap data to be organized by MoM. Participant counts are hidden to avoid duplication where individuals appear under multiple managers.
- Overall Score Row in Heatmap: A new row at the top of the Heatmap displays the overall score for each field, adding helpful context when reviewing results.
- Sorting in Action Planning View: Users can now sort the Action Planning table by Owner and Type, making it easier to manage follow-ups.
- Sticky First Row in Heatmap: The top row of the Heatmap now stays visible as you scroll, improving navigation.
Support More Teams with New Language Options
Lattice is now available in Korean, Russian, Thai, and Vietnamese, helping companies deliver a more inclusive experience for teams around the world. These additions bring our total number of supported languages to over 20, ensuring more employees can engage with Lattice in their preferred language.
Threaded Convos in the Lattice AI Agent Support Long-Term Workflows
You can now pick up conversations with the Agent right where you left off, organized by topic. With the latest update to the Lattice AI Agent, users can view recent chats, access their full chat history (up to 6 months), and maintain threaded conversations — all from a new expandable side panel. This is especially valuable for complex, ongoing workflows like HR planning, compensation analysis, or performance calibration, where answers build over time. By preserving context across sessions, the Agent becomes a more effective partner — not just answering one-off questions, but supporting deeper, more strategic work.

Lattice AI Agent Now Integrates with Dropbox
You can now sync Knowledge Vault content from Dropbox. We’re continuing to expand support for top document and knowledge management systems. Syncing directly from Dropbox helps reduce manual uploads and ensures Knowledge Vault content stays current as changes are made.
Bulk Actions Now Live in the Knowledge Vault
Managing content in the Knowledge Vault just got a lot easier. Admins can now select multiple documents at once to update access settings or remove outdated content — no more editing one file at a time. This is especially helpful when syncing large volumes of documents, which default to “admin-only” access. With bulk actions, you can quickly make those docs available to the right people and keep your AI Agent’s reference current and easy to manage.

New and Improved HRIS Reports for Time Off, Leaves, and HR Insights
We’ve listened closely to your feedback and have made significant enhancements to Lattice HRIS reporting, focusing on delivering the accuracy, flexibility, and depth that HR teams require. First, the new Time Off Requests Report lets HRIS admins and managers view past, current, and upcoming time off across all policies in one place—no more digging through individual policies or juggling exports. Second, we’ve introduced an Employee Leaves Report, giving admins a single, customizable view of all employee leave data — past, present, and planned — with the ability to tailor and save reports for recurring needs. And finally, we’ve overhauled the Reports experience (formerly “Custom Reports”) with a more intuitive layout that makes building, saving, filtering, and scheduling reports faster and more user-friendly across the board.

Greater Customization and Control in HRIS & Payroll
This month, we’ve introduced several updates to Lattice HRIS and Payroll that provide HR teams with enhanced customization and precision in managing employee data and processes:
- Configurable Termination Fields: Admins can now add or archive options for any termination fields, including termination type, termination reason, attrition type, and rehire eligibility. This allows organizations to tailor these fields to their specific offboarding processes and policies.
- 401(k) Qualified Earnings Settings: Admins can now select which earnings are qualified for the 401(k) gross wages calculation. This ensures accurate reporting and compliance with financial regulations.
- Carryover Balance Expiration Dates: Time off policies can now include expiration dates for carryover balances. This applies to new policies going forward, and existing active policies can be edited as well. Note: Edits to active policies will be applied in the next reset cycle if the reset date has already passed.
- Updated Date Picker in the Profile: Selecting past dates in employee profiles is now more user-friendly with the addition of a “jump to year” option, streamlining data entry and updates.
- Dynamic Text Boxes in Documents: When adding fields to documents, the text will automatically resize to fit into smaller fields, improving readability and reducing the need for manual adjustments.
These enhancements reflect our commitment to providing HR teams with tools that offer greater flexibility, accuracy, and efficiency in managing their HRIS and payroll operations.
