With Excitement and Gratitude from Your New Chief People Officer!

Dear Latticians,

This is the first time I’m addressing all of you, and it’s a special moment for me. For years, I’ve been part of the Lattice ecosystem—as a customer leveraging an amazing suite of products, as part of the CPO Council, and as a speaker at various events, like RfH and AI Day—but today, with much excitement, gratitude, and optimism, I’m addressing you as your new Chief People Officer!

As I step into this role and reflect on what excites me most about Lattice, I keep coming back to these three thoughts:

1. People. It’s important to me to work with a group of hard-working, driven, passionate people who truly care about other humans. This is embodied in our products, our ways of working, and the magical moments we create together. I want to work with people who inspire me and who are excited to learn and grow from one another. This is you! Latticians are smart folks who put their heart into their work. They also know achieving greatness isn’t always easy, which is why Latticians celebrate with one another and also lift each other up in hard times. We have awe-inspiring people at this company, and I am deeply humbled and honored to be part of this team.
   
2. Product. Did I mention that I’ve adopted Lattice at multiple companies and know firsthand how AWESOME our products are?! Hundreds of thousands of people around the world use Lattice to run their businesses. That's an immense impact! Our products are stellar, and we have an opportunity to build upon this incredible foundation and bring even more game-changing, AI-powered, human-centric products to People teams. This is exciting!
   
3. Community. We are a company of People-people, building products that empower companies to create high-performing, human-centric businesses. I’m excited to amplify this message to the broader HR community and share how Lattice enables teams to be more strategic, run stronger organizations, and build better cultures. Our products matter, our impact is significant, and the opportunity in front of us is massive! I can’t wait to expand our reach to more HR circles.

The road ahead is exciting and filled with so much opportunity. While I can’t promise it’ll always be easy, I have every confidence we are going to do even greater things together! As your CPO, I commit to giving you my best, to listening, to communicating honestly and authentically, and to working alongside you to build upon the incredible foundation we already have.

On that note, I’d like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to my friend and predecessor, Cara Brennan Allamano. Cara has laid a solid framework for HR processes and infrastructure, and built a high caliber team of subject matter experts along the way. Cara will remain onboard as an advisor and assist Lattice in select projects moving forward. Thanks, Cara, for all you’ve done to help Lattice get to where it is today. 

As I’ve said before and will say again – what excites me most about Lattice is the people. Yes, we’re a leader in HR technology, but we’re also a leader in culture-centered people practices that are a beacon to other companies. And we have fantastic people leading the way forward for Lattice as well. Sarah’s clarity of vision to create a world class HR technology company that’s on the forefront of AI and elevates the strategic impact of HR resonates deeply. Each of our executives share a commitment to excellence and culture, areas I value immensely and believe are critical to success. Leadership teams matter, and ours is strong!
