Spring is in the air! Last month, we launched the Lattice Spring ‘25 Product Release, giving you a sneak peek at everything coming to Lattice this season — Performance Improvement Plans, Succession Planning, AI Summaries in Calibrations, and much more. But innovation at Lattice doesn’t stop with brand-new products. This March, we’ve introduced new features and enhancements across the platform to deliver even more flexibility and ease of use for HR leaders.
With updates that simplify goal tracking, unlock deeper analytics, and make surveys more customizable, Lattice is ready to support your next season of growth.
Getting More from Your Data with Enhanced Filters and Analytics Updates
We’ve upgraded the filter bar experience in Reviews and Grow with a more consistent and intuitive UI. Plus, users can now filter employees across all employee fields — including custom and Lattice HRIS fields. Whether you're refining a review cycle or setting development plans, these expanded filters offer greater control and precision.
Over in Analytics Explorer, we’ve added Simple Insights: brief summaries that highlight trends and patterns in time-based charts. These are now available for Headcount, New Hires, and Departures, helping users quickly spot key takeaways without digging through the data.

Lastly, we’ve added new functionalities to Custom Reports in Analytics to give users more control and precision when working with data. Users can now select individual fields, reorder columns, and preview reports before downloading.
These updates make it easier to tailor reports to your organization’s needs, streamline your workflow, and ensure accuracy before sharing or saving.
Personalizing Surveys and Enhancing AI Transparency in Grow
We’re helping employees and admins gain more clarity through updates that enhance personalization and transparency:
- Multi-Select Questions are now available in Engagement, Onboarding, and Exit Surveys. Respondents can select multiple answers per question, enabling more nuanced feedback and a smoother survey experience.
- View Sources for AI-Recommended Growth Areas: Employees can now view the sources — such as feedback and review snippets — behind each AI-recommended growth area in their Individual Development Plans. This added context builds trust and supports informed development planning.
Enhancing the Lattice Goals Experience
A series of improvements in Goals makes it easier to set, track, and manage goals:
- Goal titles in the side panel are now clickable, with increased font size for better visibility.
- A new filter in List View allows users to distinguish between Objectives and Key Results.
- The goal cycle filter now defaults to the current cycle — or “All time” if none is active.
- Field validation during goal creation is now smoother and more informative.
- Draft goals are now labeled with a “Draft” badge and sorted to the bottom when viewed by status.
These enhancements will make it easier and more efficient for users to leverage Lattice to manage their objectives. We’ll continue to incorporate customer feedback and roll out additional UI and UX improvements to Goals throughout 2025.
Supporting International Teams With Japanese Language Support
私たちのプラットフォームは日本語でも利用できるようになりました — our platform is now available in Japanese! This release supports global teams by offering a localized experience and ensuring more employees can use Lattice in their preferred language.
From Spanish and Dutch to Danish and Swedish, the Lattice platform now supports 15 different languages.
