Lattice Ranked No. 22 on Inc. 5000 List of Fastest-Growing Private Companies

August 12, 2020

Lattice, the leading people management platform for businesses with people-first cultures, has been recognized as one of the Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Private Companies for 2020, ranking 22nd overall. Inc.’s list is the result of a comprehensive review of private American companies and represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent businesses.

Earning a top ranking on the Inc. 5000 required dedication, collaboration, and alignment of the whole Lattice team toward a common goal- making work meaningful. Lattice’s growth continues in 2020 through its focus on scaling a holistic people management platform that helps keep employees engaged, growing, and highly effective, regardless of their physical location. Lattice wouldn’t have been able to accomplish this growth rate without two core groups of incredible people: their team and their clients.

“Our growth is a testament to the fact so many companies today see investing in their people as a top priority,” said Jack Altman, co-founder and CEO of Lattice. “We’re grateful to be part of this list and excited to keep working hard to keep serving an ever growing list of awesome customers!”

Not only have the companies on the 2020 Inc. 5000 been very competitive within their markets, but the list as a whole shows staggering growth compared with prior lists as well. The 2020 Inc. 5000 achieved an incredible three-year average growth of over 500 percent, and a median rate of 165 percent. The Inc. 5000’s aggregate revenue was $209 billion in 2019, accounting for over 1 million jobs over the past three years.

“The companies on this year’s Inc. 5000 come from nearly every realm of business,” says Inc. editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk. “From health and software to media and hospitality, the 2020 list proves that no matter the sector, incredible growth is based on the foundations of tenacity and opportunism.”

Complete results of the Inc. 5000, including methodology, company profiles and an interactive database that can be sorted by industry, region, and other criteria, can be found at The top 500 companies are also being featured in the September issue of Inc.
