Lattice, the leading people management platform, and Gusto, the leading payroll, benefits, and HR technology platform for businesses of any size, today announced their new integration to make it easier for businesses to manage and grow their People strategy and operations seamlessly.
Lattice enables people leaders to develop engaged, high-performing teams. HR information systems (HRIS) like Gusto enable companies to onboard, pay, insure, and support their teams with both payroll and benefits administration.
With Lattice’s new integration for Gusto, customers who use both Lattice and Gusto can easily share and manage their employee data between the two platforms. The integration, available on Gusto’s Marketplace, can help HR teams better manage their employee data. Paired with a people management platform that handles performance management, employee engagement, and analytics like Lattice, HR leaders can seamlessly integrate and share information across both platforms without having to worry about security issues or loss of data.
Streamlining team growth
In small, agile companies where leaders are needed to move fast, it’s important that HR and People leaders don’t feel bogged down with manually updating, editing, and correcting data between tools. Sending people data from Gusto into Lattice gives people leaders the peace of mind knowing employee data will seamlessly be aggregated without having to manually collect and upload content.
The integration also automatically syncs new information, like newly hired employees, promotions, and more, adding an additional insight to employee profiles. This allows People leaders to see the full picture and better understand employees’ experiences at the company as well as removing the need to update multiple platforms.
Data from Gusto will automatically sync every evening or can be manually triggered by an admin, to provide consistent, up-to-date information in Lattice.
The integration also includes single sign-on (SSO) capabilities as well as provisioning and deprovisioning of employees as they onboard and offboard from your organization.
Gusto’s mission is to create a world where work empowers a better life. By making the most complicated business tasks simple and personal, Gusto is reimagining payroll, benefits, and HR for modern companies.
