Lattice is thrilled to be named one of the 2022 Best Workplaces for Parents™, ranked #6.

To determine the Best Workplaces for Parents, Great Place To Work analyzed the survey responses of over 568,000 parents who work for Great Place to Work-Certified™ companies and employ at least 50 parents. In the Great Place to Work survey, 99% of Lattice’s employees said Lattice is a great place to work, compared to an average of 57% of employees who say the same at a typical US-based company.

"We're so thrilled to be recognized as a great place for parents to work. As I've learned over the past few years, once kids are in the mix the way we work has to change. There's no doubt we can be just as productive, but more flexibility and planning are needed,” Jack Altman, Lattice CEO and father of two, said of the win. “As a company that seeks to employ people of all backgrounds, knowing that we're a place where parents can thrive warms my heart."

Making this list is especially meaningful to Lattice as it is part of our mission to be a great place to work for all employees, and that includes not just parents caring for children, but all caregivers who take on the enormous and often silent work of caring for family members.

“This is an important recognition for Lattice, and also a reminder of how important it is to support parents and caregivers in the workplace,” said Annette Cardwell, VP of Corporate Marketing at Lattice and a leader in our Families employee resource group (ERG). “Lattice’s Families ERG is all about advocating for support for parents and caregivers – recognizing that these individuals often carry additional burdens, and making sure we are looking out for each other, both at an individual and an organizational level.”

The Best Workplaces for Parents™ list is highly competitive: It’s the only company culture award in America that selects winners not only on the types of programs companies offer parents, but on how fairly parents say they’re actually treated at their workplace. Companies are assessed on how well they are creating a great employee experience for working parents that cuts across race, gender, age, disability status, or any aspect of who employees are or what their role is.

Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place to Work, said of this recognition: “Congratulations to Great Place to Work’s Best Workplaces for Parents. As employees juggled work, eldercare and parenting demands, these companies listened to the needs of working parents and developed innovative ways to support them. They took action to provide relief so their workforce didn’t have to choose between their jobs and their families.”

Great Place to Work, the global authority on workplace culture, determines its lists using its proprietary For All™ methodology to evaluate and certify thousands of organizations in America’s largest ongoing annual workforce study, based on over 1 million survey responses and data from companies representing more than 6.1 million employees this year alone.
