December’s updates are focused on making work more impactful for HR leaders and their teams, with new platform languages, additional Lattice AI functionalities, enhanced automated reviews, and much more.
Enhancing Performance Management with Actionable Insights
Lattice AI Feedback Summaries for Self, Upward, and Peer Reviews: Empower your team’s performance review process with AI-generated summaries of past feedback! Now, employees can access summaries based on 3, 6, or 12 months of prior feedback when completing self, upward, or peer reviews. AI summaries respect employee permissions, so private feedback stays private. This Lattice AI update will ensure employees have the relevant data they need to complete their reviews faster and more efficiently.
Custom Reminders and Updated Dashboard for Automated Reviews: Staying on top of recurring review cycles has never been easier — automated performance reviews now feature custom reminders and an improved dashboard experience. Admins can schedule up to two additional reminders during the automated review setup process, ensuring timely submissions for ongoing reviews like 90-day or anniversary cycles. The redesigned dashboard introduces quick filters, search functionality, and visual indicators for incomplete tasks, making it easier to track progress across multiple cycles.
Download Promotion Nomination Packets as PDFs: Admins, managers, and Managers of Managers (MoM) can now download promotion nomination packets as PDFs. This allows stakeholders to quickly access and share nomination details outside of Lattice to streamline discussions and improve decision-making during the promotion process.
Introducing New Platform Languages and Lattice Calendar Updates
New Platform Languages: Lattice can now support more organizations across the globe with the addition of seven new languages: Danish, Dutch, Italian, Polish, Swedish, and both European and Brazilian Portuguese. With 14 platform languages supported in total, we aim to support global teams to drive performance and engagement in their preferred language, making it easier to achieve organizational success no matter where they are located.
Lattice Calendar Enhancements: Our latest updates to the Lattice Calendar bring greater clarity and customization. Here’s what’s new:
- New event subcategories including “Time Off” and “Holiday” for better tracking in the “Other” category (Note: “Time Off” is only available for HRIS customers).
- A “Promotions” subcategory under the “Reviews” category.
- Improved admin navigation with sortable columns in the calendar’s list view.
- Pre-determined event colors for categories and subcategories for a more visually organized calendar.
