Onboarding Trailblazer Award
Recognizes a company with the most creative strategy to onboard its employees onto Lattice solution.
- Winner: Coca-Cola Peninsula Beverages has led an extraordinary effort, training over 400 non-email employees on how to use Lattice, and even securing iPads to ensure seamless access for everyone. Accelerating Growth Award
Recognizes a company with the most innovative initiatives promoting employee career development through their use of Lattice solution.
- Winner: Envoy has truly raised the bar with their strategic people initiatives. They've developed nearly 40 detailed career ladders, ensuring employees have clear growth paths, which has contributed to a 10% year-over-year retention increase. With full integration of Lattice’s Individual Development Plan (IDP) tool, every manager at this company has been trained in career goal planning.
