When assigning employees to time off accrual policies, administrators can now identify when they want accruals to start for employees.

Admins can configure tasks in Termination Workflows to have due dates that are relative to the Termination date and Last Working Day (i.e. "On termination date" or "2 days before last working").

Admins can now select whether they want the time off balance summary data reported in days or hours.

Managers can now see company events, holidays, and employee time off so they can effectively plan their team's resourcing and coverage.

Upload multiple documents to an employee profile, add any field to an e-signature document, and we've updated the header/table UI with a new look and feel.

Archive and delete every type of document. Admins can unshare, unsend, edit, and reshare documents at the individual, company, or folder level.

Under Goals Settings > Reminders, the option 'Twice a Quarter' has been replaced with 'Once a Quarter', with backend logic updated accordingly.

The filters for Priority, Tags, Visibility, and Type are now also available on the Participation and Status pages, bringing consistency across views.

Users can now expand all goals in Cascade View with a single click, making it easier to navigate hierarchical goal structures.

In the Goals Explore Page, users can now sort goals at all levels in Cascade View by Title, Due Date, Last Updated, and Status.

When aligning to a parent goal during creation, users can now filter between Objectives and KRs, making it easier to follow alignment instructions and reduce confusion.
