New Box Chart in Reviews Reporting: We've updated the Org Chart Reporting with a new box chart view, replacing the legacy 9-box design. This simplified, scalable design highlights key information, making it easier to see how many employees fit in each box.
Creating Tailored Compensation Statements to Meet Your Organization’s Needs
Compensation Statements Customization & Tracking: We've significantly improved the Compensation Share Out tool, including the ability to add your company logo, use a rich text editor, section visibility controls, and customized labeling. This update also introduces tracking, allowing admins to monitor employee engagement with shared compensation statements. These enhancements address customer requests for greater control and visibility when sharing compensation statements with employees.
Making Benchmarks Engagement Benchmarks More Accessible with Search Capabilities
Search for Engagement Comparisons & Benchmarks: Following our release of Mercer Engagement Benchmarks, we’ve added search functionality to the drop-down menu. This makes it easier for users to find relevant benchmarks, imported surveys, or past survey data, saving HR leaders time by eliminating the need to scroll through long lists and allowing for faster, more precise searches.
Polishing Admin & Employee Profiles for Better Usability
Admin & Employee Profile Enhancements: We’ve revamped the Admin and Employee Profiles to make them more intuitive and secure. Admin profiles now feature the most-used fields at the top for quick access, collapsible sections for a cleaner layout, and added borders for better organization. These changes ensure both admins and employees can navigate large amounts of important information more easily than ever before.
