Overview

My Fractional HR work has been focused on initial standing up of basic HCM processes, best practices (e.g., Recruitment, Policies, Performance) as well as targeted Executive Coaching/Executive Alignment, and best practices via audit (Start-ups), Scaling through elevation of such practices through transformation and restructure (PE backed/integration)  across all Talent process and restructurings, people manager/leadership development,  and areas of change. A major area of focus across all domains continues to be the use of "systems" and technology to enable each organization and particularly HR, whether it be the implementation, adoption, process development or use and understanding of AI, technology is a major part of the solution. .
