Carol brings over 25 years of experience as an HR leader and business owner and she is THE person to call when you are scaling your business. From developing short- and long-term workforce strategies, coaching leaders, implementing ways of working and building HR foundations, she has worked with over 100 clients to help them scale, pivot or turn around organizations.
Carol is also the creator of Dancing Leaders, a one-of-a-kind immersive program designed to improve leadership effectiveness and team cohesion. Incorporating dance, music, dialogic workshops, EQ and creativity, the program is focused on innovation, communications and collaboration.
