COOs and other operational leaders know the impact that strong goal-setting can have on an organization. The right framework can transform a small-scale operation into a large-scale business, but only when implemented correctly.
Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) have always been a powerful tool for COOs that want to drive agility, alignment, and scalability within their organization. They’ve been proven to work exceptionally well for powerhouse companies like Google and Intel. And with global interest in OKRs quadrupling steadily over the last five years, companies across a spectrum of sizes and industries are exploring how they can leverage it for their organizations.
In this ebook, the experts from Lattice Advisory Services provide a view into OKRs from the perspective of an operational decision-maker. We cover OKR fundamentals, goal-cycle cadences, implementation checklists, common misconceptions, and everything else you need to know to make an impact on your organization.
What’s a Rich Text element?
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
