We are introducing new notifications when (1) all downchain approvals are complete, or (2) an upchain approver has submitted and potentially changed a recommendation (only available with two-way visibility).

Given the updated compensation workflows, we have separated out recommendation and approval tracking to make them more coherent and useful.
