Employee wellbeing covers a broad range of experiences — physical and emotional wellbeing, social interactions and connectivity, and macro-level feelings about the company and its mission. Wellbeing is unique to each employee, so it can be hard to identify when something is wrong, but it’s worth paying attention to and addressing.

If an employee shows signs of stress, burnout, or other concerns, a wellbeing one-to-one can help check how they’re doing and uncover what kind of support they need. Even when employees seem to be performing well, these questions can encourage them to share their concerns and show you’re available to support them at all times.
