Lattice’s Certified Fractional HR People Leader Program is designed to enable these trusted strategic partners to deliver against their clients’ People Management needs. 

The Fractional HR Consulting space has grown significantly in the past few years, and Lattice is excited to partner with People Leaders who are motivated to grow their businesses and to expand their service offerings.

Benefits

  • Generous referral bonuses are available during the first year of the contract when FHR Consultants partner to sell Lattice into client companies, creating a new revenue stream for your business. Earn a 20% referral fee for net new business referred to Lattice and a 10% referral fee for renewal business with mutual clients (subject to eligibility).
  • FHR Program Certification: Participating FHR Consultants will join a select group of People Leaders to be Certified & Trained on how to provide tools to effectively build programs which drive Lattice usage. 
  • A public listing on our Fractional HR leaders marketplace to advertise your services to prospective customers and clients.

Requirements

  • Actively offering Fractional HR services, with at least 1 client being supported.
  • Consultant has experience using Lattice, in either a previous or current role.
  • FHR Consultants agree to complete the Lattice Certification program.

How is this program different from other referral programs offered by Lattice?

Lattice supports parallel referral programs in partnership with Consultants, Venture Capital Firms, Private Equity Firms, and Technology/SaaS Allies.This program is designed specifically for Fractional HR People Leaders. Qualifying FHRs participate in a multi-week training program and a knowledge assessment to earn certification and become eligible to support Lattice-using companies with approved services.

Who can qualify for the Lattice Certified Fractional HR Program?

Preferably, Director (or higher) Leaders who have used Lattice in roles previously.

What commitment is expected from me if I am selected for this program?

If selected for the program, you will join relevant training sessions with your cohort. The 30-150 minute sessions, along with assessments, aim to help People Leaders apply their expertise with Lattice customers. These sessions are required for certification.

I’m interested in joining this program, but I don’t have the bandwidth at the moment. Will I be able to apply in the future?

Yes! We'll add Fractional HR People Leaders to this program through multiple cohorts each year. We encourage all interested individuals to apply so that you can be added to the waiting list for a future cohort.
