  • Get a clear picture of all of your automated review data in a single export: Joining together a bunch of spreadsheets for automated reviews is a thing of the past! View all of your automated review progress and results in one, single export.
  • Recommended templates and questions now available in French and German: You can now access Recommend Templates & Questions in French, Canadian French, German, and UK English to use in your performance reviews.
  • Copy recommended templates and questions: We've made a small change to how you use recommended templates and questions – now you must copy these templates and questions directly into your own template or question bank in order to use them.

  • Updates to the Admin navigation experience: We optimized the Admin navigation experience to ensure you can easily find the information and products that matter the most to you and your organization. This release included changes to some of the order of the left navigation sections for Admins and minor nomenclature updates, so you can access all the pages and content you are familiar with faster than ever before.

  • Support for Hourly to Salaried Promotions: You can now specify when an employee is being promoted from an hourly or salaried role (or vice versa) so that we correctly display their pay in the cycle (hourly rate vs. annualized). Learn more

  • Multiple Choice Questions and Heatmaps: Now you can add multiple choice questions to your onboarding and exit surveys to collect specific preferences and thoughts from your employees. Then, easily visualize the responses using heatmaps. Learn more

  • Lattice HRIS: Did you hear the news? Lattice HRIS will be publicly available next year and is designed to work seamlessly with the Lattice Talent Suite and all other HR tools you currently use to tie every aspect of your employee experience together.   • New Platform Languages: We introduced 4 new platform languages to empower more teams worldwide to drive growth and performance. The Lattice product suite is now available in French, Canadian French, German, and UK English. Learn how to set your language preference via Lattice’s settings.

  • Hourly Pay in Compensation: You can now easily include hourly employees, in addition to salaried, within your compensation cycles. Learn more
  • Compa-ratio in recommender & approver views: We've added compa-ratio to recommender and approver views so that managers can use it as a reference point when reviewing employee compensation. Compa-ratio will also be visible to Admins in the All Compensation Changes view. Learn more.

  • Compensation Band Enhancements: We’ve revamped the compensation bands tool to allow for easier navigation, more intuitive editing, and better band visualization. Learn more.
  • Total Compensation Selective Launch: This feature allows admins to select which employees or employee groups they want to enable the ‘Total Compensation’ view for. Learn more
  • Carta Upload Enhancement: We’ve built a native way for admins to upload the Carta template directly that should make it much easier to get Carta data into Lattice. Learn more
  • Bulk actions on the Compensation Roles page: You can now bulk select managers on the Roles page of cycle setup to include or exclude them in the cycle as compensation recommenders or approvers. Learn more.
  • Managers can view read-only version of submitted compensation recommendations or approvals: Managers participating in the compensation cycle as recommenders or approvers can now view a read-only version of their pay change recommendations after submitting their compensation review.

  • Reviews Left Bar Navigation Updates: We've updated the left navigation within Reviews from a tabbed structure to a dropdown and updated the name of the sections. “You,” “Team,” and “Admin” are now called “Your reviews,” “Your team,” and “Admin” respectively.

  • Deprecation of individual Feedback, 1:1s and Updates Adoption Pages: We’ve made it easier to find and use all of your adoption data by consolidating 1:1s, Feedback, and Updates reporting into the Analytics Explorer. Learn more.

  • Total Compensation Hub: Compensation customers can give employees clarity on the value of their full compensation, including salary, bonuses, and equity. Admins can also configure an equity scenario calculator that helps employees understand the potential value of their shares. Learn more.
  • End-of-Cycle Compensation Statement Downloads: Admins and managers participating in a compensation cycle as a recommender or approver will be able to download employees’ compensation statements either individually or in bulk. Learn more. 
  • Prorated Raise Guidance Calculator: Compensation admins can now prorate merit and promotion raises for employees based on their tenure or last compensation change date. You’ll have access to our in-app calculator to prorate by days, months, or quarters. Learn more.
  • Equity Details Now Optional for Compensation Setup: We've simplified the setup process for adding equity refresh grants and promotion equity grants in a compensation cycle. Now, only the number of shares is required.
  • Undo Compensation Statement Sharing: Admins can un-share compensation statements in the case they were distributed in error. If this circumstance arises, notify Customer Success who can process the change.

  • 6 New Survey Templates Available in Lattice Engagement: We’ve partnered with leading industry experts to develop six specialized survey templates on topics like Manager Effectiveness, DEIB, Change Management, and more. Learn more.
  • Exports for Onboarding and Exit Surveys: Now you can export all of your onboarding and exit survey data via CSV file to easily run your own analysis or share with your company. Learn more.

  • Performance Roles & Permissions: Product Admin Roles: This new permission allows Admins access to just our Performance product, such that users no longer need Super Admin access to manage a review, calibration, or Talent Review. Learn more.

  • Custom Analytics Permission: Admins can now grant access to analytics for multiple, specific departments to a user. Access to this data will equip cross-departmental leaders, like HRBPs, with all of the info they need to effectively provide guidance and support to their owned departments. Learn more.
  • Updates to Roles and Permissions: We introduced critical updates to the Customer Roles functionality. Admins can now add groups and individual team members to a role so that members are automatically added and removed from roles as they are added to and removed from groups (both automatically and manually). Additionally, we revamped the UI/UX experience for various Roles and Permissions pages, including Default Roles, Custom Roles, and Super Admins. Learn more.

  • Improved Compensation Admin Interventions: With these improvements to Compensation approval chain logic, Admins can now make adjustments or corrections at any point in the cycle without overriding executives’ or managers’ ability to make their own recommendations. We’ve also updated the Notes log to better document each update.  Learn more.
  • Equity Detail Enhancements: Equity details are now optional for a Compensation cycle. 
  • Enhancements to HRIS sync for Compensation Attributes: It’s now even easier to link Lattice's Compensation attributes to native fields in your HRIS. Learn more.

  • Export Compensation Cycle Audit Log with Notes: Compensation admins now have more visibility into how their compensation cycle is progressing, as you can now export a CSV from an active compensation cycle with timestamps, notes, and pay change recommendations. Learn more.

  • Q&A Boards: Bridge communications gaps and elevate the way your organization communicates with your employees with our new Q&A moderation tool: Q&A Boards. Q&A Boards is your company’s new dedicated space to field questions from your employees in real-time. With granular permissions, no limits on the number of questions that can be asked, and support for anonymous submissions, this new tool can be used across different company events, like all-hands, town halls, and office hours.   • New Measures in Analytics Explorer: You can use these new measures in combination with the rest of your Lattice data to easily visualize headcount, hiring, attrition, and sentiment patterns across your workforce. Learn more.
