No matter the size of your company or its function, it is very likely that your employees are key to determining what the values of the organisation are. Businesses that are looking to drive sustainable growth need to have a clear intersection between company and HR goals. The best way to achieve this is through a People strategy. In turn, your people strategy can be brought to life via a people programme.
Whether they are done with intent or not, all companies have people programmes. But that doesn’t necessarily mean they are using the one most suitable for their business. There are several frameworks or people programme models that companies can apply when looking at their People strategy.
Lattice has identified six different people programme models that work for the majority of organisations, each with a unique take on performance, engagement, and goals.
What’s a Rich Text element?
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
