What integrations do you offer?

Can I purchase Performance or OKRs and Goals separately?

Yes. Performance and OKRs and Goals can be unbundled and purchased individually for $8/month.

Does the contract include dedicated human support?

All Lattice contracts include dedicated human support from our customer success team. We're here to help you with onboarding, troubleshooting, and maximizing the value of our platform.

Is there a minimum spend?

Yes. The minimum annual agreement is $4,000. This spend can include different products based on your needs and the number of seats your team requires.

In what currency will I be billed?

Lattice bills in United States Dollars (USD) only. This applies across all products and services.

Is the contract billed monthly, quarterly, or annually?

Lattice bills all contracts annually.

Are there additional fees for implementation or change management?

For our performance management software, there are no additional costs for change management or implementation.

For HRIS, there are two implementation packages you can choose from to ensure there's a seamless data transition from existing payroll, benefits, and document management systems.

Additionally, Lattice offers a wide range of change management support services, like Lattice University and the Lattice Rollout Toolkit.

Are 1:1s, Feedback, and Updates included with my Lattice package?

Yes! 1:1s, Feedback, and Updates – together known as Manager Tools – are included with your purchase of Lattice Performance, OKRs & Goals, and/or Engagement.
