We are a dedicated partner of UKG with more than three decades of experience in UKG products among our leadership team and consultants. Mosaic is a privately held business and a member of the National Association of Woman Business Owners (NAWBO). The Mosaic success story includes funding our tremendous growth by reinvesting our operating cash flow into the company.

Mosaic Consulting Group was founded by Vicki Hill in 2011 after serving as a UKG consultant and a client. Today, the team has grown to more than 100 employees around the country, all focused solely on UKG Product implementation, optimization, and support, serving top companies from around the world in businesses ranging from healthcare to transportation to professional sports teams.
