When can I submit nominations?
Nominate today! The submission deadline is May 2, 2025.
Who is eligible for nomination?
Only Lattice customers are eligible for the People Success Awards with the exception of the ’Community Member of the Year.’ Any member of the RfH Slack community is eligible for that award.
How are winners selected?
The People Success Awards are broken down into three phases: nominations, finalists, and award winners. A diverse panel of Latticians will review and vote to determine the finalists and winners. Winners will be selected based on how well their submission matches their nominated category, the programs they impacted and their success metrics.
When are winners announced?
Winners based in North America will be announced at Lattiverse on June 3rd in San Francisco, CA and international winners will be announced on June 10th in London, UK. Register now.
Do winners receive anything?
Winners will be celebrated at Lattiverse and have their stories showcased within the Lattice community through a dedicated customer story/video feature. In addition, winners will receive an exclusive 2025 People Success Award, a social media kit with customizable assets to share the exciting news with their network, and more exclusive perks!
Can I submit multiple nominations?
Yes, you can submit yourself, your organization or an HR leader for one or more of the 2025 People Success Award categories.
