Overview
Although still in a full time role as CHRO with a quantum software company in Vancouver, Karen is planning a career transition to a fractional HR role in the new year. She has worked in a full array of sectors leading the HR function for many years but her areas of specialty are change management, leadership development, compensation and performance management systems.
