Let admins submit compensation decisions on behalf of unresponsive employees to keep the cycle moving.

Prevent conflicting changes by allowing only one person to edit a recommendation at a time. Others in the approval chain can view but not modify until it's their turn.

A new custom role type that will allow users to define a single role with the same product permissions, but assign it to multiple users who each manage their own target group. This will grant identical company-wide and targeted permissions for each role assignee; however, the targeted permissions will ‘target’ a unique group of users for each assignee.

Getting the AI Agent set up is easier than ever. We’ve removed document requirements and created a dedicated testing center for Admins.

The AI Agent now has access to data from your org chart. Ask about anyone’s manager, reports, pronouns, or find people by department or job title.

We’ve redesigned the experience for creating and editing custom roles to make the process easier for users.

We’re expanding Global Search to allow for more searchable things and improving the UI with a few incremental design tweaks.

For Talent and HRIS, Users can now edit the names of Multi-select and Multiple Choice Employee Field options across custom fields and modifiable default fields owned by employee data.

Users can now view their recent chats on open and access their full chat history with the Lattice AI Agent via an expandable side panel. Users are able to maintain threaded conversations and return to them via the chat history. Users can pick up previous conversations where they left off and/or begin new chats at any time. Users can see their chats grouped in the side panel.
