We are introducing a consistent add and archive flow to the majority of our multiple-choice fields, allowing customers to have more control over what field options are available for any given multiple-choice field.

Users now have more visibility and control over the types of edits they want. They can choose between improving spelling and grammar, changing tone, or making overall improvements.

The Agent can be customized to answer questions about a company’s HR policies and processes based on content in the Knowledge Vault that is uploaded or synced via Google Drive, SharePoint, and Dropbox. Users can also interact with Lattice data by asking questions about 1:1s, Feedback, and Updates.

We’ve added new customization options in the shareout, including toggle on/off pay base pay, variable pay, and total compensation; toggle on/off current pay; and toggle on/off the ability to split total pay.

Under Goals Settings > Reminders, the option 'Twice a Quarter' has been replaced with 'Once a Quarter', with backend logic updated accordingly.

The filters for Priority, Tags, Visibility, and Type are now also available on the Participation and Status pages, bringing consistency across views.

Users can now expand all goals in Cascade View with a single click, making it easier to navigate hierarchical goal structures.

In the Goals Explore Page, users can now sort goals at all levels in Cascade View by Title, Due Date, Last Updated, and Status.

When aligning to a parent goal during creation, users can now filter between Objectives and KRs, making it easier to follow alignment instructions and reduce confusion.

Admins can now configure goals to allow Managers, Managers of Managers, and Department Heads to duplicate goals. Users can now also duplicate a Parent Goal along with its corresponding Child Goals, directly from the Duplication Modal.

Admins can now export three critical reports directly from Lattice: Growth Area Report (all growth areas by owner and timeline), Growth Area Updates Log (every update with timestamps), and Growth Area Actions Log (all actions with due dates).

Access 2024 Engagement benchmarks from Mercer. These benchmarks include data from 2020 through 2024.

Users can still view goal status within the review form, but detailed goal information now also opens in the context panel.

Users can now view full competency descriptions via quick-access links, so they can access the context they need to provide more informed responses.

Multiple goals or competencies are now grouped under a single question defined in the template, reducing the redundancy of repeating the same question and making the form easier to read and complete.

Admins can now reorder Goals and Competencies within the review template, including placing them at the top of the form.

Facilitators can now save time and reduce manual work by accepting manager ratings in bulk during calibration sessions.

Add skip logic rules (also known as conditional branching) in Engagement, Onboarding, and Exit Surveys, and gain more control over how questions are delivered based on individual responses.

Access the latest Lattice Benchmarks, now updated with 2024 data. We also introduced a new employee count segment (750+ employees) to provide a more accurate view for larger organizations.

Spot draft goals more easily with new “Draft” badges and automatic sorting to the bottom of status views.
