Yep, we can’t believe 2025 is nearly over either. We’re soaking up the last bits of fall while rolling out a fresh round of updates designed to make your end-of-year workflows a little easier. 

From faster comp cycles to powerful new exports and a smarter AI Agent that can access your Lattice Talent data, November’s updates are all about saving time and surfacing the insights that matter most.

Unlock the Power of Your People Data with Lattice AI Agent

We’re making it even easier for managers and employees to turn Lattice’s rich Talent data into real impact. With new insights from Engagement, Grow, and Performance, combined with 1:1s, Updates, and Feedback data, the Agent can now surface the trends, risks, and opportunities that matter most for development and performance — all without leaving the Lattice homepage! Managers get clearer visibility into where their teams need support, while employees can tap those same insights as personalized coaching — helping them build confidence, own their development, and take the next step in their careers.

Plus, now you can add 1:1 agenda items, draft updates, and submit or request feedback right in the Agent chat window and in the flow of conversation. Say goodbye to forgotten to-dos and good intentions that never materialize. With quick actions in chat, you can follow through in the moment — turning every coaching conversation into real progress. It’s a faster, more intuitive way to move from insight to action.

The Lattice AI Agent can now access data from Engagement, Grow, and Performance to surface trends, risks, and opportunities.

Navigate Core Workflows with a Smarter, Cleaner UI/UX Experience

We introduced several UI and usability improvements across Reviews and Lattice Compensation to help users work more efficiently and with greater clarity. 

Compensation Recommender Table Enhancements

We’ve updated the compensation cycle table experience to surface key data more clearly and help teams prioritize key actions:

  • Key columns like Promotion and Rating now appear earlier in the table for easier access.
  • A new Compensation Band column and a Compensation Band visualization in the employee side panel has been added.
  • Clicking an employee row now opens their side panel instantly.
  • Employees are now sorted by most to least actionable based on where input is required.

Review UI & Navigation Updates

As part of our ongoing platform redesign work, we’ve also refreshed the navigation and layout across the Performance products to make it easier to move through cycles and find key information:

  • All pages now have the left and top navigation bar viewable and accessible.
  • Headers and tabs have been updated to help users understand where they are and navigate back easily.
  • Admin-only controls (like “Close Calibration” or “Delete Cycle”) are now tucked into a new “Open Cycle in Admin” button to keep the end-user view clean while preserving quick admin access.

Access Deeper Insights with New Exports

We’ve launched several new exports to help admins access and analyze review, growth, and updates data without needing workarounds (or a doctorate in spreadsheet management!). 

  • Review Responses Export: Review questions now appear in separate columns instead of being stacked in a single one, improving usability and eliminating the need for additional data manipulation. 
  • Career Vision Log Export & Comments Export: Easily analyze participation, responses, and comments from Career Vision exercises across your org.
  • Updates Responses Log Export: View a centralized export of Updates data, including questions, answers, and comments, for richer trend analysis beyond participation metrics.

View employee participation, completion rates, and detailed responses to Career Vision exercises with a new export.

Set Up 1:1s in Just One Click

We’ve introduced a One-Click 1:1 Setup experience to reduce friction when creating new 1:1s. Now, users can instantly launch a 1:1 relationship without needing to schedule the meeting upfront, making it easier to get conversations started right away.
