Lattice makes high performance a habit, not a hope

Lattice is better than its competitors. It feels like it was made for us. Everything is rooted in building a high-performance culture and raising the bar year-on-year

Lattice listens to us, a lot. And then our suggestions either end up on the roadmap, or they’re taken very seriously as something that will be worked on. It’s not a stale platform, which is really nice.

We wanted to create the most efficient and effective system for growth and feedback. Lattice helps us remove unnecessary feedback burdens while making sure managers engage in meaningful conversations that drive impact.

We’ve come a long way, and Lattice made that possible. Not by changing who we are, but by helping us do what we already value, better.

What I liked about Lattice was that the goal-setting was just really, really good, and easy for our managers to do.

Having Lattice integrate with Workday gave us the best of both worlds. Workday as our system of record, and Lattice as the tool that powers performance, goals, and manager effectiveness.

I underestimated just how valuable our investment in Lattice would prove to be...as a small business we’ve set a gold standard for what individual and collective people success looks like.
