Lattice Product Updates

For Talent and HRIS, Users can now edit the names of Multi-select and Multiple Choice Employee Field options across custom fields and modifiable default fields owned by employee data.

Users can now view their recent chats on open and access their full chat history with the Lattice AI Agent via an expandable side panel. Users are able to maintain threaded conversations and return to them via the chat history. Users can pick up previous conversations where they left off and/or begin new chats at any time. Users can see their chats grouped in the side panel.

A new centralized report lets users view, customize, save, schedule, and export PTO data across all policies in one place.

The top row in the Heatmap now remains fixed during scrolling, allowing users to maintain context while navigating data.

Users can sort by Owner and Type in Action Planning, making it easier to organize and manage initiatives.

A summary row at the top of the Heatmap now displays the overall score for each question field to enhance data interpretation. 

A new grouping option in the Heatmap lets users view data by Manager of Manager, with a callout explaining participant count adjustments.

Theme bar charts now reflect the number of survey respondents who meet score thresholds, providing clearer performance context.

The response metric label is simplified to ‘Score’ for improved readability and consistency.

Each section now displays the total number of questions, comments, or themes, giving users a clearer sense of volume.

A new indicator shows whether individual responses meet anonymity thresholds before results are shared.

Comments now include department tags, displayed in accordance with selected anonymity settings to preserve confidentiality.

Delta scoring with red/green coloring is now in the Heatmap view, enabling easy comparison of score changes.

Admins can now select and manage multiple documents at once directly from the Knowledge Vault table to:

• Manage access for multiple documents at once. 
• Remove uploaded and HRIS documents in bulk. (Note: Synced documents from integrations like Google Drive must still be removed via the source)

We’ve added Dropbox as a supported integration for document syncing to Knowledge Vault, alongside Google Drive and Microsoft SharePoint.

"Custom Reports" is upgrading to Reports to create a more intuitive and streamlined experience.

We’ve launched a major update to the review reopen process, adding automatic self-reopen during the writing phase (optional), manual approval flows post-writing, admin notifications, advanced filters, and full audit logging.

Edit the text of the eNPS question within Engagement, Onboarding, or Exit surveys while retaining benchmarks and the ability to compare eNPS scores against previous surveys.

You can now export engagement survey results to fully editable PowerPoint decks. No more screenshots, no more last-minute scrambling!

A new custom report in Lattice that enables HRIS admins to view past, current and upcoming employee leaves in one place.

The "New" label under Goals Settings > OKR Differentiation has been removed for a cleaner interface.

Admins can now enable a feature that lets employees see approved time off across their company on the Lattice homepage and in the operating calendar.

Navigational improvements to the Product Log pages, which include moving the Download CSV button to the top right of the page for consistency with other reporting pages.

We are adding a Lattice AI Agent “Ask Lattice” search bar at the top of every page and slightly adjusting its UI. This will make Ask Lattice / Agent accessible from any page when enabled for the organization.
