In Charts, the Updated Goals measure now attributes updates to all employees whose goals were updated, rather than just to the individual who made the change.

We are introducing new notifications when (1) all downchain approvals are complete, or (2) an upchain approver has submitted and potentially changed a recommendation (only available with two-way visibility).

Remove friction by defaulting blank recommendation fields to 0, eliminating the need for users to manually input zeros.

When a user submits without individually approving each recommendation, auto-approve them to reduce clicks and move the cycle forward.
