April 2026 Product Updates: Better Calibrations, Deeper Talent Insights, and More

Spring is in full swing, and so are our latest product updates. This April, we focused on making calibrations easier to manage at scale, giving managers and admins more visibility into performance and talent insights, and continuing to reduce manual work across reviews and compensation.
Let’s dive in!
Manage Calibrations at Scale
We shipped several updates in April to make calibrations easier to configure, share, and manage, especially for large or complex orgs.
- Bulk Apply Calibration Settings & Participant Access: Apply table settings and participant access across selected groups in just a few clicks, without having to configure groups one by one.
- Calibration Group Participant Links: Copy and share direct links to calibration groups so facilitators and participants can jump in without extra navigation.
Together, these updates significantly reduce setup time and make it easier to run consistent, scalable calibration workflows.

Connect Lattice More Deeply with Workday
We’re continuing to invest in an open ecosystem that makes performance data more accessible, governed, and reusable across the HR tech stack, so the data generated in Lattice can flow to the systems where critical people decisions get made.
Bidirectional Workday Integration (Available Today)
Lattice Performance and Workday are now bidirectionally connected, giving HR teams a seamless way to keep employee and org data up to date in Lattice while sending performance ratings and weighted scores back into Workday.
Now you can:
- See performance insights directly in Workday
- Run compensation and workforce planning with richer data
- Eliminate manual exports, spreadsheet merges, and reconciliation work
Unlock More Insights in Talent and Performance Reviews
We’ve continued to expand analytics and reporting across talent reviews and performance data so managers and admins can answer more questions without relying on manual workarounds.
Embedded Analytics for Talent Reviews
The Talent Review experience now mirrors Performance Reviews with a full analytics view:
- Distribution, average scores, heatmaps, box views, and calibration analytics, all in one place
- Managers and MoMs automatically scoped to their teams
- Access to historical submissions for ended cycles
This brings Talent Reviews up to parity with Performance Reviews and gives managers the ability to analyze trends independently.
More Visibility for Managers
- Cross-cycle Review Ratings in Charts (Manager Access): Managers and MoMs can now track rating trends over time without needing admin-generated reports
- Review Responses Custom Report (New Format): Toggle between log view and a column-based format with one row per review. This makes large datasets much easier to analyze.

Keep Work Moving with More Flexible Workflows
We’ve introduced updates that make it easier to adapt in real time and reduce friction across everyday workflows, big and small.
- Celebration Notifications in Slack: Stay on top of your team’s birthdays and anniversaries with reminders delivered right in Slack.
- Expanded Recommender Eligibility Pool: Update recommender assignments mid-cycle without workarounds, even as team structures change.
- Delete Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs): Delete Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) at any stage (no need to contact our Care team!) to quickly correct errors and keep employee records clean and accurate.
Navigate More Efficiently Across the Platform
We’ve updated how managers access and interact with their team’s work across Lattice with a new My Teams experience.
- Surface team-related actions (updates, feedback, 1:1s, development plans) directly within each product area
- Reposition My Team as a simplified dashboard focused on team health, priorities, and next steps
This reduces friction and helps managers stay focused without switching contexts.

Improve Feedback Visibility and Adoption
We’ve made it easier for managers and admins to better understand how feedback is being used across their teams.
Feedback Log Updates:
- New Pending Requests view to track outstanding feedback requests from team members
- Added Template column to show which custom templates are being used
- Scoped visibility ensures managers only see relevant team data (and excludes private feedback)
