Milestone 3 of our Goals UI/UX enhancements introduces a redesigned full-screen Goals detail view and powerful admin bulk updates, with clearer navigation, consistent workflows, and improved visibility into goal history, making it easier to manage and understand goals at scale. 

In Charts, the Updated Goals measure now attributes updates to all employees whose goals were updated, rather than just to the individual who made the change.
