Spring is in the air, and so are our latest product updates. This March, we focused on making your performance and talent data easier to work with, your workflows more actionable, and the Lattice Agent even more helpful day-to-day.
From new exports to expanded analytics and AI-powered growth areas created directly through the Agent, these updates are designed to help you move faster, with more clarity and confidence.
Let’s dive in!
Analyze Data Faster with Smarter Exports and Analytics
We shipped several updates this month to make reporting more efficient and far less manual.
- Engagement Raw Export (Questions → Columns): Engagement survey exports now include one row per employee, with each question as its own column. You no longer have to restructure your data before analysis.
- Competency & Competency Library Exports [Grow Product]: You can now download detailed CSVs of competencies and their associated career tracks or sources. These new self-serve exports make it easier to evaluate usage, identify duplicates, and plan employee mobility and growth strategies.
We’ve also expanded what you can analyze directly in Charts. You can now include Talent Review cycles alongside performance reviews when analyzing rating trends over time, bringing more of your performance data into a single view.

Take Action Directly with Lattice Agent
We’re continuing to expand what you can do with Lattice Agent! Moving from insights to action has never been easier.
You can now ask Lattice Agent to draft Growth Areas based on past performance reviews, feedback, or 1:1s, and even add action items to those areas. This makes it significantly faster for employees to turn feedback into structured development plans without starting from scratch.
Lastly, the Agent now also supports @mentions, allowing you to reference specific employees when asking questions. This ensures responses are scoped to the right person and introduces a familiar, intuitive way to interact with data, without ever notifying the user.

Make Calibrations More Efficient
For many companies, calibrations are some of the most meaningful parts of a performance reviews. We’ve introduced a few improvements to make these sessions faster to navigate and more aligned with how teams evaluate performance.
Calibration tables now display the competency name alongside rating questions, making it simpler to interpret scores at a glance. Only relevant competency questions are shown based on the calibration group, reducing noise and improving clarity.
Lastly, we launched the ability to export the calibration table data as CSVs. Export exactly what you see in your table, including custom columns, past ratings, and additional fields, so your offline data matches your in-platform view.
And there’s more coming this spring and summer. In the first half of the year, we’re continuing to invest in Calibrations, including the ability to auto-create groups and bulk apply calibrations settings across them.

Keep Employee Data Current with the Rippling Integration
You can now connect Rippling to Lattice, making it easy to sync demographic information into Lattice and power their people programs with the most up-to-date employee data. We’ve also added support for Custom Fields in the integration! If you’ve previously connected Rippling and Lattice, reconnect the integration to take advantage of the latest updates.
