As 2025 comes to a close, we’re wrapping up the year with updates that help People teams streamline operations and boost clarity for everyone: HR leaders, managers, and employees alike. From new project review workflows and employee-facing exports to expanded AI traceability and additional platform languages, these updates are designed to set you up for success, today and into the year ahead.
We look forward to continuing to innovate in 2026 and beyond. Thanks for being part of the journey.
Let’s dive in!
Increase Trust and Transparency with Lattice AI
We’ve upgraded the Lattice AI Agent to make its answers more transparent and traceable than ever before.
- Detailed Source Titles: Instead of citing broad domains like “Reviews” or “1:1s,” the Agent now lists the exact review cycle, update, or 1:1 it pulled data from.
- One-Click Deep Links: Go directly from the Agent’s response to the original source with a single click!
These changes help employees and admins verify the context behind AI-powered answers and increase trust in the Agent’s recommendations.
Simplify Performance Reviews with Smarter Workflows
We’ve shipped several updates to make Reviews easier to manage at scale, especially for teams running continuous or project-based feedback cycles.
More Visible "Submit on Behalf" Button
We’ve made the Submit on Behalf feature easier to discover by placing it directly in the review UI. Previously, this action was hidden behind the side panel’s "Edit" option, which made it harder for admins to find and use. This small but impactful change makes it easier to keep cycles moving when employees are out or need extra support.
Bulk PDF Downloads for Review Packets
Admins and managers can now bulk download review packets as PDFs, either for all employees in a single cycle or all cycles for a specific employee. No more downloading packets one by one or stitching files together manually.
Flexible Packet Sharing in Project Reviews
Admins can now choose who shares the final review packet in a project-based cycle: either the Project Lead (default) or the employee’s People Manager. This added flexibility helps align feedback delivery with internal processes, particularly in orgs where People Managers are responsible for performance conversations and career development discussions.
Bulk Reminders for Project-Based Reviews
Admins can now send reminders across multiple active project-based review cycles at once. Previously, nudging reviewers required navigating into each project cycle individually, which created a heavy lift for companies running hundreds of projects in parallel. This update brings project-based reviews in line with org-wide cycles and makes it easier for orgs to scale these workflows without added admin work.

Extend Goals and Updates Access to More Employees
We’ve rolled out enhancements designed to give individual contributors more control over their workflows and data.
- Goal Duplication for ICs: Admins can now enable goal duplication for individual contributors, not just managers, MoMs, or department heads. This gives all employees a faster way to reuse existing goal structures and drive alignment across teams without starting from scratch.
- Updates Response Log Export (Employee Version): Employees can now download a consolidated log of all their published Updates, including manager comments, questions, and responses. This new export makes it easier for employees to reflect on their growth, prepare for reviews, or track their progress over time.

Export with Confidence Across Compensation and Analytics
We’ve introduced new export formats and permissions to help admins and managers get better visibility into performance and compensation workflows without relying on workarounds.
- Comp Shareout Statement PDFs: Generate clean, downloadable versions of compensation shareout statements, either one at a time or in bulk.
- Progress Tracking CSVs for Compensation: New self-serve CSVs in Comp allow admins to track manager progress during the recommendation phase and monitor shareout status at a glance.
- Feedback Requested in Charts: Previously, Charts only tracked feedback given or received. Now, you can also see how often employees are actively requesting feedback, offering new insights into engagement and continuous learning.
- Targeted Permissions for Performance Ratings: Admins can now grant access to review ratings data (like the Review Rating Questions measure in Charts) based on specific groups, departments, or filters. This update offers greater control, privacy, and alignment with how different teams manage performance visibility.

Bring Lattice to More Teams, with More Languages
Lattice is now available in Hindi, Telugu, and Greek, helping global companies support more employees in their preferred language. With over 20 languages now supported, we’re continuing to invest in a more inclusive experience for teams around the world.
