Lattice Gift Card Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to HR professionals who are 18 years or older and legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico), and Canada.  Employees of Degree, Inc. dba Lattice (“Lattice”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and immediate family members or those living in the same household of employees, are not eligible to participate.  NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS GIVEAWAY.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

2. Entry Method

To receive a gift card, participants must book and attend a complete product demo and/or discovery meeting.  Eligibility is limited to one gift card per company.  Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

3. Giveaway Details

Each eligible participant will receive a gift card, subject to terms and conditions imposed by the card’s issuer.

4. Participation Criteria

Participants must meet the eligibility criteria of being an HR professional.  Lattice reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each participant.

5. Gift Card Delivery and Notification

Eligible participants will be notified via email regarding the gift card after attending the demo.  Lattice is not responsible for emails not received due to spam, junk email, or other security settings.

6. Right to Deny

Lattice reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny the gift card to any participant who does not meet the eligibility requirements or violates the terms of the giveaway.

7. Use of Personal Data

By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the use of their personal data in accordance with Lattice's Privacy Policy.  Participants agree that Lattice may use their personal information for marketing purposes.

8.  Taxes

‍Each participant is responsible for the payment of any taxes resulting from acceptance of the giveaway. 

9.  Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Lattice and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, illness, injury, loss, claim, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway.

10. Agreement to Rules

Participants agree to be fully bound by these rules and the decisions of Lattice and represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements.  Certain employers may prohibit their employees’ participation in the giveaway; therefore, each entrant must ensure their employer’s policies do not prohibit their participation in the Giveaway.
