At Lattice, we view accessibility not just as a compliance requirement, but as a fundamental aspect of good design and an opportunity to enhance usability for everyone. Our goal is to deliver products that are intuitively usable for all individuals. This plan outlines our approach to ensuring accessibility is a core component of the solutions we provide.

How we embed accessibility

Our team integrates accessibility considerations in our feature design process. We aspire to provide clear navigation, intuitive user interfaces, legible fonts, sufficient color contrast, full keyboard operability, and compatibility with assistive technologies. We do this by referencing industry-standard Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. Today, Lattice is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 standards. Looking to the future, we are excited to share updates as we implement accessibility improvements.

Understanding your needs

We prioritize accessibility feedback alongside all feedback during our development planning cycles. This ensures we're addressing our customers' highest priority needs. We welcome your feature requests or bug reports related to accessibility and any other aspect of the Lattice product.

Through our planning, design, development, and testing processes, and by incorporating feedback from customers like you, we aim to deliver a solution that's highly functional and genuinely accessible to the widest possible audience.
