Our Spring/Summer ‘26 release marks the next chapter for Lattice. We’re building a People + AI platform where intelligence is embedded into the moments that shape performance, all while continuing to strengthen the foundation HR teams rely on every day. 

This release brings together major investments: AI innovation built directly into daily workflows and foundational platform improvements, driven by customer feedback across our many products. 

Here’s what’s coming this season. 

Turn Your Talent Data Into High-Quality Reviews in Seconds

From the start of the AI wave, we’ve been clear about our stance. AI should elevate human judgment, not replace it. It should remove friction, reduce bias, and give managers more time for the conversations that actually drive growth. 

That’s why we are excited to release Evidence-based AI Reviews this summer. 

Starting performance reviews by sorting through countless emails and notes will soon be a thing of the past. With Evidence-based AI Reviews, the Lattice AI Agent will help every employee and manager generate a thoughtful first draft grounded in real performance data, including 1:1s, past reviews, growth areas, feedback, and more. 

Instead of manually combing through months of notes, managers can:

  • Generate a comprehensive draft in seconds
  • See sources to ensure the content is always backed by data
  • Maintain full control over ratings and final submission
  • Spend less time compiling and more time coaching their teams

And this isn’t an AI autopilot. Managers remain accountable for tone, accuracy, and outcomes; Lattice AI will not submit reviews on their behalf.

Great performance is built in everyday conversations, and we are taking those to a whole new level this summer. Soon, the Lattice AI Agent will be able to join your 1:1s to capture notes, surface coaching insights, and identify action items, all while syncing everything seamlessly back into Lattice. 

Managers can stay fully present in the conversation while AI summarizes key themes, highlights coaching opportunities, and captures next steps, so employees can use this data for faster, more efficient reviews and growth conversations. 

By embedding a new level of intelligence directly into 1:1s, we’re helping managers and their teams build a repeatable rhythm of feedback and development through daily habits.

Spot Risk Early and Protect Your Top Talent 

Performance is more than just output; it’s also about retention, engagement, and long-term business growth. 

With Employee Health (available for Lattice customers at no additional cost), HR and managers can identify turnover risk earlier and take action before challenges escalate. 

Instead of reacting to attrition after it happens, teams can use Employee Health to surface early warning signs, prioritize high-risk, high-impact employees, and provide timely support. 

Strengthen Your Performance and Compensation Strategies

In addition to our next-generation AI innovation, we are continuing to strengthen our core Lattice products, because small updates can be just as transformative. 

Over the past year, customers have told us that core performance management workflows cannot be rigid, overly manual, or difficult to update mid-process. Admins shouldn’t need workarounds to run a clean cycle, and they definitely shouldn’t be buried in admin work. 

We are releasing multiple enhancements and functionalities across our main products this season to elevate your entire Lattice experience. 

Run Performance Cycles That Actually Fit Your Organization

We are giving HR teams more control over how performance programs are structured and executed.

  • Customize review acknowledgements to reflect your culture and communications style.
  • Auto-create calibration groups using employee attributes to save time, and then fine-tune as needed.
  • Bulk-apply calibration settings across selected groups to move faster and more efficiently. 
  • Set separate due dates for self, upward, downward, and peer reviews and have more control over your reviews cadence.

These updates eliminate manual setup and make it easier to scale performance programs as your organization grows and becomes more complex.

Elevate Comp Cycles with More Flexibility

Pay is deeply personal, and therefore one of HR’s highest-stakes responsibilities. That’s why we built our upcoming enhancements to help you design and manage these cycles with even more confidence. 

  • Flexible eligibility will allow you to define eligibility using intuitive filters, so your cycle mirrors your real workforce structure. Plus, if business conditions change mid-cycle, you can update eligibility with built-in guardrails instead of starting over.
  • Inline editing allows stakeholders to input and update recommendations directly from the table view for a more efficient experience. 
  • Reopening recommendations lets admins send submissions back through the approval chain when refinements are needed, without dismantling the entire workflow. 

Connect Your Systems So Performance Data Flows Where It Should

Your people data shouldn’t live in silos. We’re expanding key HRIS integrations to ensure your system of record and Lattice stay more aligned, reducing manual work and increasing confidence in your data and workflows. 

Our new bidirectional Workday integration will enable admins to send Lattice review ratings and weighted scores (pre- and post-calibration) directly to Workday. Plus, users will be able to easily sync demographic data into Lattice to keep your people strategy accurate and up to date. 

We are also launching a Rippling integration that will enable customers to easily sync demographic data from Rippling’s HRIS to Lattice.

Navigate Your Day-to-Day With Ease

As we continue to embed AI and more flexibility across the entire platform, we know our UI/UX experience needs to keep pace. Our goal is for our new (and existing!) workflows to be more intuitive, so you can use Lattice day-to-day more efficiently. 

In the first half of 2026, we are enhancing our platform experience for all users:

  • AI Homepage Updates: The Lattice AI Agent will move to a right-hand sidebar, embedding a new level of intelligence directly into the flow of work and without disrupting how you navigate the platform.
  • Manager Reviews: We are introducing a review experience organized around action managers need to take. Managers will be able to see what requires their attention, from peer nominations to tracking completion across their team, with better visibility and fewer clicks.
  • My Team Navigation: Managers will now find team views inside each product tab, like 1:1s, updates, feedback, and grow, for faster and more intuitive access. My Team will become a high-signal, action-oriented dashboard.
