We just wrapped Lattiverse '26, where hundreds of People leaders came together around this year's theme: People + AI. And we are excited to announce that a lot of what we previewed on stage is already showing up in the product.

This June, we shipped the ability for the Lattice AI Agent to join 1:1s, safer and faster calibration setup, and a simpler way to manage compensation eligibility. Let's dive in!

Bring AI Coaching to Every 1:1

1:1s are where trust, alignment, and coaching actually happen, but they're also where context goes missing between scattered notes and fading memory. That changes with the launch of Lattice AI Agent in 1:1s, now available to all Lattice customers at no additional cost.

The Agent joins your 1:1s and automatically generates a clear meeting summary organized by topic, action items with owners so commitments don't slip, a suggested agenda for the next conversation, and coaching insights for both participants.

This isn't just a notetaker. Coaching has historically been reserved for executives with the time and budget for formal training. The Lattice AI Agent extends that same support to every manager and every employee, right inside the conversations they're already having.

And because it lives alongside your goals, feedback, and reviews, the context it captures becomes a real record managers can draw on later, not a transcript that disappears into a separate tool.

See structured summaries, action items, and coaching insights generated automatically after every 1:1.

Set Up Calibrations Faster

Calibration setup has long been one of the most manual, error-prone parts of the performance cycle, especially for larger orgs. This month we tackled both the speed problem and the accuracy problem.

  • Auto-Create Calibration Groups: Instead of building groups one by one or wrangling CSVs every cycle, admins can now generate every calibration group they need with just a few clicks. Pick up to two fields, like department and level, or generate groups straight from your custom employee attributes. A preview phase shows you proposed group names and headcounts before anything is finalized, so there are no surprises.
  • Calibration Group Conflict Avoidance: With groups now being generated at much higher volumes, we also closed a long-standing gap: it's harder to put the wrong people in the wrong room. Lattice now flags conflicts the moment they happen, like a manager being asked to calibrate themselves, and shows a clear confirmation modal before anything is saved. These safeguards apply consistently whether groups are built manually, generated automatically, or edited later.

Generate every calibration group you need from employee attributes, then preview group names and headcounts before finalizing.

Get More Out of Lattice AI, Every Day

A few updates this month made the Lattice Agent more useful in day-to-day work, not just during key cycles.

  • AI Revamped Homepage: A more focused Home experience now surfaces your most important next actions, including upcoming 1:1s, open tasks, and timely updates. Managers can instantly generate a 1:1 brief from recent recaps and action items, AI summaries make team and org updates easier to scan, and a new Agent panel sits right on the page with relevant prompts built in.
  • Analytics Charts in Lattice Agent: You can now ask the Agent a data question in plain language and get back a chart, not a wall of text. Queries route through the existing Analytics engine for accuracy, and every chart links out to the full Analytics page for a deeper dive.
  • Voice Modality: Typing isn't always the fastest way to get a thought down. Users can now click the voice input icon anywhere they'd normally type in the Agent to dictate a message instead, with live recording feedback and automatic transcription into the draft.
Get your data charts directly from the AI Agent, in seconds.

See Your Performance Data More Clearly

Two new updates this month give admins a more complete, flexible view of their review data.

  • Filter Review Responses Report by Questions & Response Type: Admins can now scope review data before exporting, filtering by specific questions or by response type like upward, downward, peer, or self-evaluations. No more exporting massive CSVs and cleaning them up in a spreadsheet afterward.
  • "Not Started" Visibility in Review Analytics: Distribution and Calibration charts now include a distinct bar for reviewees who haven't submitted a rating yet, so you get a true picture of cycle progress, not just the scores that have come in so far.

Manage Compensation Eligibility with More Confidence

Compensation cycles just got a simpler eligibility model. Previously, every employee started in the cycle by default, and admins had to remove people by marking them ineligible or hidden, two statuses that weren't always easy to tell apart.

With the new Additive Model, employees start outside the cycle, and admins intentionally add who belongs. You can add everyone at once or select specific employees, search and filter by fields like department or tenure, and add or remove people in both draft setup and active cycles.
