This month, Lattice Compensation launched two enhancements to the Admin experience within Compensation Cycles. First, we launched a feature that allows admins to view, add, edit, and delete promotions in product during cycle setup and in an active cycle. In addition, Admins can now upload Raise Guidance via CSV during an Active Cycle. This feature allows admins to edit recommended pay changes for any employee during an active cycle, which would then be reflected in manager views.
