When writing a review, you are now able to undo, redo, and access past versions (forward and backward) within the text editor, alleviating the stress of accidentally losing part of your review in the midst of the cycle process.

We’ve improved the overall admin experience with enhancements to the navigation on the admin page, including consolidated tabs, updated labels, and an overall design refresh.

Admins and calibration Admins are now able to give calibration session participants access to create or edit tags during a session, allowing them to delegate calibration facilitation to other HR leaders or department leads.

Automated Rules has been redesigned to enable Admins to more easily create and manage a review cycle and quickly understand the various settings options for a faster setup.

We’ve elevated the visibility of integrated talking points in 1:1s, so you can quickly add conversation starters to your meetings.

Employees can now request targeted feedback on their growth areas, so they can better make progress on their development.

We’ve enabled automatic reminders to complete growth area actions one week before they’re due. These reminders will encourage your employees to keep making progress on their development.

With an interactive drag-and-drop capability and a clear comparative view, it’s now easier to visualize collective performance ratings, adjust scores in real-time, and quickly leverage context that supports informed decisions and fairer, standardized outcomes.

Admins can now ensure every employee birthday and work anniversary is celebrated by enabling "celebrations notifications" on the company settings page. Once enabled, managers will receive email notifications each week on Mondays for any of their direct reports who have birthdays or work anniversaries in the following 7 days.

All Super Admins will now have greater visibility into any Engagement Survey that is created without having to request specific Survey Admin access to see them. This will unblock stakeholders and allow them to more quickly and flexibly act in the moment they need to.

Now, with Multiple Choice Questions embedded in Engagement surveys, you will have greater flexibility with the types of questions you can ask, and access to deeper-level quantitative feedback that can be used to inform valuable action plans.

This month, Lattice Compensation launched two enhancements to the Admin experience within Compensation Cycles. First, we launched a feature that allows admins to view, add, edit, and delete promotions in product during cycle setup and in an active cycle. In addition, Admins can now upload Raise Guidance via CSV during an Active Cycle. This feature allows admins to edit recommended pay changes for any employee during an active cycle, which would then be reflected in manager views.

Navigating to your desired Grow tracks is now much easier, especially for companies with over twenty tracks. You can now search for a track by name, filter, open a track in a new tab, and more.

OKRs & Goals Admins can now edit, duplicate, delete, and end multiple goals at a time!

Now you can give full control of company goals within Lattice to your Goals program leader – without giving access to Reviews or any other sensitive HR data. Simply update the Goals Admin’s global permissions to allow them to now pull reports, adjust settings, and make changes to goals without requiring any help from a Lattice Superadmin.

During the Review Calibration set-up process, you can now quickly surface reviewees that are not tagged to a calibration group and easily ensure everyone is included.

We have added notifications that will alert Admins when the number of survey participants is below the anonymity threshold. New warnings and callouts will guide Admins to add more participants in order to launch the survey.

Data security is extremely important to both Lattice and Lattice customers. For that reason, Lattice is committed to ensuring the most up to date and expansive integrations for customers. This month, Lattice added or updated SSO integrations with Google, Okta, Azure (Microsoft), and One Login.

Share compensation data with managers and stakeholders outside of the compensation cycles. With this update, admins can share specific comp bands to non-Admins, such as managers or recruiters. Admins have the option to show or hide specific columns (for example, showing base pay ranges but hide equity ranges).

Do more with less by quickly creating and assigning reviewees to calibration groups via a bulk CSV uploader, saving administrative time and effort. Calibration sessions will also be easier, as you can now filter employees with the same pre-calibrated and calibrated ratings.

Give managers the guidance they need to have effective post-review conversations with our new Reviews 1:1 Template and Guide. Now, post-review conversations will be more productive, and employees will feel supported and clear on next steps.

We’re thrilled to launch this feature that makes maintaining employee job architecture much more seamless for admins. Admins can now use three new default attributes to sync Job Architecture information from their HRIS, ensuring that employees are automatically synced to the correct Grow track – no other upkeep needed!

This month Lattice announced a new technology partnership and integration with TriNet. This integration will enable businesses to focus more time on their people and growth by providing access to a human resources solution that unites payroll, access to benefits, risk mitigation, HR expertise and a comprehensive technology platform. The collaboration is designed to help customers share and manage their workforce data in real-time.

Center employees in the compensation review process with our new card view, which replaces the table view for comp recommenders. Tables quickly become hard to use with more pay types and data, and nobody likes side scrolling! This view will make it easier for managers to get the key information they need all in one place and make better decisions.
