We’ve built a new search tool that helps you navigate the 300+ job functions from the Mercer benchmarking database in our Compensation product.

It’s now easier to find what you need with new ways to filter and sort comments within Onboarding and Exit Surveys. Plus, you now have the ability to reply and take notes on each too.

Now, when requesting feedback, you’ll see 3 prompts that you can add directly to your feedback submission form to help you easily request quality, constructive feedback on your work.

Now, in addition to Admins, Managers of Manager and Managers can access a quick snapshot of their relevant employee’s growth areas, and progress toward their employee development within Growth Area Logs.

We’ve made some changes to Lattice’s navigation to provide users with a smoother experience. As part of this update, we are introducing Reviews and Feedback to the left navigation panel, refreshing our left navigation design, consolidating pages, and introducing a new Reviews interface that makes it easier to surface both active and past performance reviews.

The Reviews results CSV export will now include both default and custom user attributes when grouped by Individual. Those with the right permissions will be able to see Reviews results data in context of relevant employee data reducing the time to get to a complete data set and the start of their analysis.

Now your employees and managers can see and use relevant agenda templates, developed by the Lattice Advisory Services team, to help them level up their 1:1 conversations.

Now, in addition to being able to create and edit job tracks, Grow Admins also have the ability to publish and unpublish tracks.

Our updated Engagement Survey template now includes new questions and themes around DEIB and psychological safety, in addition to updated questions around compensation, growth, and development. This update will make it easier for employees to interpret questions and allow leaders to drive more actionable insights.

We’ve made updates to the navigation, notifications, and tasks within the performance review sharing flow to help make it easier for managers to know what to do and where to go when it’s time to share a review with their direct reports.

To encourage your employees to request and receive feedback more often, we’ll send an email to any employee that has not received feedback in the last sixty days.

Now you can customize each box label in Box View to better align with your talent management philosophy.

Admins now have visibility into participants for Onboarding and Exit surveys when they navigate to Onboarding and Exit in Engagement. Within this page, Admins can filter on various date ranges to view participants, their survey status, and participation metrics of Onboarding and Exit surveys sent during that time period.
