The Reviews results CSV export will now include both default and custom user attributes when grouped by Individual. Those with the right permissions will be able to see Reviews results data in context of relevant employee data reducing the time to get to a complete data set and the start of their analysis.

All 1:1 templates can now be accessed through a single entry-point on the 1:1s page via the ‘Add Conversation Starter’ button.

Employees and their manager can now comment on career vision questions in Grow, so that they can easily collaborate while drafting and reviewing career vision responses.
