Admins can now grant access to analytics for multiple, specific departments to a user. Access to this data will equip cross-departmental leaders, like HRBPs, with all of the info they need to effectively provide guidance and support to their owned departments.

We've simplified the setup process for adding equity refresh grants and promotion equity grants in a compensation cycle. Now, only the number of shares is required.
