Announcing the 2026 People Success Award Winners

Even the best HR programs would fall flat without the right people behind the curtain pulling the strings. At Lattice, we believe that people teams deserve to be celebrated and recognized for their work behind the scenes.
That’s why we created our annual People Success Awards, which highlight innovative Lattice customers who are redefining what great people leadership looks like — strengthening culture, driving engagement, and enabling employees to do their best work.
Join us in congratulating the award winners for each category below:
Talent Advancement Award
Recognizes organizations that invest in meaningful career growth and long-term talent development to build the next generation of leaders.
- San Francisco Winner: SAC Health
After launching Lattice through a hands-on “Growth Lab,” SAC Health introduced 1:1s and Feedback, reached 70% participation in their Engagement Survey, and used employee input to reshape Performance Reviews into two-way “Performance Enhancement Conversations.”
Now, with Lattice Grow and Lattice Goals & OKRs, they are creating a stronger foundation for employee voice, career development, and operational visibility across its fast-growing healthcare workforce.
- London Winner: Interbrand
This team was determined to find a clearer, more equitable way to define growth across a global agency where roles, disciplines, and markets could interpret performance differently.
To solve that, Interbrand Group built a consistent set of competencies tailored by discipline and level, then embedded those frameworks into Lattice Grow, performance reviews, feedback, and other learning resources. Following the latest 360 review cycle, 86% of promoted employees had set and updated goals linked to Growth Areas in the final quarters of 2025.
Leadership in Action Award
Recognizes organizations that equip managers to foster strong team habits that drive performance, growth, and accountability.
- San Francisco Winner: ActivTrak
ActivTrak’s remote-first model gives employees flexibility, but it also requires intentional systems for connection and accountability.
With Lattice, ActivTrak’s small people team created a shared foundation for manager habits, including recurring one-on-ones, feedback, and performance reviews. The result is a more consistent leadership experience across a distributed workforce, supported by:
- 75% recurring one-on-one adoption
- 67% feedback participation
- 99% performance review completion
- 91% engagement survey participation
- 60+ eNPS
- 75% recurring one-on-one adoption
- London Winner: Bolt
Bolt used Lattice to build durable manager practices including structured one-on-ones, stronger feedback habits, clearer performance processes, and more visible recognition. Over half of managers now consistently use Lattice 1:1s, ad hoc feedback has grown more than sixfold, and sensitive processes like PIPs now have a clearer, fairer approval flow.
To top it all off, Bolt had 100% completion for their first annual performance review, 95% completion for their 360 feedback cycle, and 89% participation in their first engagement survey.
Performance Impact Award
Recognizes organizations whose people strategy directly impacts business performance and drives lasting success.
- San Francisco Winner: PitchBook
PitchBook shifted from simply measuring their performance process completion to driving impact. Using Lattice, they embedded values and competencies into performance reviews to discuss both what work was accomplished and how it was done, connecting performance conversations to feedback, development, and business alignment.
The results? Review completion rates rose from 65% to over 90% in a single quarter, 80% of employees say they receive useful feedback from their manager, and 77% say that feedback helps them improve their performance.
- London Winner: inDrive
inDrive launched its first-ever performance review cycle with Lattice to bring structure, transparency, and fairness to performance management across a global workforce. Over seven weeks, 92% of employees provided high-quality peer feedback, 93% set goals in the system, over 11,000 peer reviews were submitted, and 100% of employees received calibrated results.
People + AI Pioneer Award
Recognizes organizations leading the responsible use of AI to drive smarter decisions, greater efficiency, and stronger performance outcomes.
- San Francisco Winner: Vendasta
Vendasta’s people leaders knew AI adoption would require more than new tools or one-off training. To help employees use AI safely and effectively, the People Operations team built an AI operating model grounded in mindset, skills, and structure.
With Lattice, Vendasta connects AI work to OKRs, employee sentiment, and business outcomes. Since launching its AI literacy journey, general AI literacy has risen from 65% to 78%. Almost 10% of employees are certified AI workflow builders, helping the company reclaim over 20,000 work hours to date and tracking toward saving 300,000 work hours by the end of 2026.
- San Francisco Winner: Macmillan Learning
Kristin and the people team were early adopters of Lattice AI, and already have 13% of managers using the AI Agent. Since enabling the agent across the company in 2025, the people team is leveraging AI Agent for supporting employees’ professional growth, building out robust skills assessments, and setting long term goals for the future, showing the versatility and creativity of people and AI succeeding together.
- London Winner: Titanbay
With a three-person team supporting 65 employees, Titanbay needed to deliver strategic people outcomes without simply adding headcount. By embedding Claude, N8N, Zapier, ScreenLoop, and Lattice-powered people data into its workflows, this small but powerful people and talent team saved more than 15 hours per week on administrative tasks, reduced time-to-hire by approximately one week, built 145 active AI workflows, and created more consistent processes across hiring, onboarding, performance, and people analytics.
People Success Visionaries of the Year
Recognizes an outstanding people leader who aligns people strategy to business strategy and drives measurable results — equipping managers, clarifying goals, and building performance practices that move the business forward.
- San Francisco Winner: Jasmyn Pearl, Senior Talent Programs Manager at Xactly
Jasmyn unified a global workforce around a new OKR framework and helped 94% of employees understand how their work contributes to company success. She also drove adoption through creative campaigns that generated hundreds of organic feedback exchanges in just two months and led to a 24% voluntary opt-in rate for Lattice Grow during the initial rollout.
Rather than simply implementing HR software, she built a roadmap for a high-performance culture where employees are aligned, empowered, and developing professionally.
- London Winner: Louise Fraiser, Chief People & Transformation Officer at Instant Impact
Lousie combined culture, capability-building, and AI adoption into one operating agenda. In 18 months, she built a People and Transformation Team that launched an AI Committee, rolled out company-wide AI and GDPR training, embedded AI fluency into onboarding, and enabled 1,000 hours of monthly capacity through AI tools.
Her impact showed up in both performance and people metrics: Workshop satisfaction reached 91%, eNPS doubled from 21 to 42 quarter over quarter, 87% of employees were rated A or A Potential, and culture measures like DEIB, psychological safety, and role clarity all scored above 90.
Lattichamp of the Year
Recognizes an HR leader who has partnered with Lattice through references, product feedback, event participation, and product betas to help drive innovation that supports HR teams everywhere.
- San Francisco Winner: Steven Pham, Senior Talent Management Partner at LiveRamp
As a Lattice power user, Steven earned this award for playing an integral part in the beta testing group for Lattice’s Workday integration. His efforts to share feedback and improve the user experience helped Lattice level up the integration for all Lattice customers. - London Winner: Filipe Martins, VP of People at Cutover
Filipe earned this award for his multiple appearances on Lattice’s event stages in London. His consistent enthusiasm and willingness to share his experience with other HR leaders capture’s Lattice’s spirit of making work meaningful and helping others grow.
