I founded Adjunct Leadership Consulting to help Seed to Series B startups build the People function they need, before they're ready for a full time Chief People Officer.
Based in Milwaukee, working with tech companies across the US and Canada, under 100 employees. Onboarding, performance management, compensation strategy, multi-state compliance, manager coaching, HR tech. I've taken multiple clients through SOC 2 certification and investor due diligence.
You work directly with me, not a junior team member. I keep my client roster small on purpose.
I have 15 years of HR experience, 6 years of fractional experience, and am PHR certified.
