  • Kaitlin Graves, VP of People at PageFreezer has been a true partner in innovation participating in product betas, webinars, a customer story, and reference calls. As an HR team of one, she has helped shape the future of Lattice solutions like HRIS — we’re grateful for her generous support every step of the way.

Growth Accelerator Award

Recognizes a company that has demonstrated the most innovative initiatives in promoting employee career development through its use of Lattice.

  • Strive Health built a career development engine that reaches every corner of the company. They expanded structured career tracks for clinical and tech teams, trained over 50 new managers on Lattice, and launched IDPs to re-engage middle managers — proving that development done right can fuel both engagement and retention. Fractional Leader of the Year Award

Celebrates a standout member of Lattice's Fractional HR Program. 

  • Lori Osborne of Mindful First HR helped a fast-growing tech company upgrade from spreadsheets to a scalable, accountability-driven performance process with Lattice. Through thoughtful change management and strategic alignment, she ensured strong adoption and long-term success — demonstrating the power of modern fractional leadership.

People Success Visionaries of the Year

Honors leaders who are making a transformative impact through innovative people strategies. 

  • Gary Chow, Head of People Operations and Systems at Lyra Health, is bringing HR into the age of AI — launching internal HR bots that streamline support and enable global scaling. His work is laying the digital foundation for a future-ready People function.
  • Karishma Barua, VP of HR, at Fairmarkit is being awarded for her powerhouse partnership with her finance team in developing programs grounded in experience, exposure, empowerment, and education, proving that people success really is business success. 
  • Julie Zimmerman, Global Talent Strategy and CSR at PAR Technologies, is leading AI enablement from the ground up. Her “Hack Your Job” initiative encourages employees to use generative AI to innovate in their own roles, while her work in employer branding and external recognition has helped PAR win major industry awards. Julie is a true force for future-forward talent strategy.

Resources for Humans Community Member of the Year​​

Honors an exceptional Resources for Humans Community member who goes above and beyond to foster meaningful connections, spark insightful discussions, and actively contribute to the growth and success of the community.

  • Rachel Denyer, cofounder of PeopleStorming, is the heart of the Resources for Humans community. Through mentorship, encouragement, and her consistent presence in the Ambassador program, she brings the RfH mission to life — leading with empathy, insight, and community spirit. Rachel shows what it means to build people success not just in the workplace, but across the entire HR ecosystem.
