What it means to be a People Success Award winner
Becoming a People Success Award winner means stepping out from behind the scenes. Honored live at Lattiverse, winners are recognized for the impact they’ve made on their people, culture, and organization.
Along with main-stage recognition, they receive a dedicated success story that spotlights their leadership—because making work meaningful deserves to be celebrated.

When can I submit nominations?
Nominations are open now and close on Friday April 10, 2026. All submissions must be received by the deadline to be considered for this year’s awards.
Who is eligible for nomination?
Only current Lattice customers are eligible for the People Success Awards. Organizations and individual people leaders within those organizations may be nominated across eligible categories.
How are winners selected?
A cross-functional Lattice committee reviews all submissions and selects winners based on leadership, impact, and contribution to building strong, meaningful workplaces.
When will I know if I am a winner?
Winners will be notified in late April 2026.
What does winning entail?
Winners will:
- Be recognized live on stage at Lattiverse
- Receive an official People Success Award and digital badge
- Be featured in a dedicated customer story
- Receive a social media kit to amplify the recognition
- Join an exclusive group of People Success Award alumni
Are there associated costs?
There is no cost to submit a nomination.
If selected, winners are responsible for their own travel to attend Lattiverse.
For those not local to San Francisco or London, we provide a business case template to help you secure internal approval and funding to attend and receive your award on stage.
